He teaches in this way, but does not show respect. The Blessed One said: For the time being, not to mention how a fledgling bird chirps as it pleases in its own nest, what need is there to mention the Shakyas? This land of Serkya (Kapilavastu) is the Shakyas' own place. He reported: Although the four castes respect the Brahmins, these Shakyas are only newly emerged, so they do not. The Blessed One said: What is your caste? He reported: It is the "Non-winking" caste. The Blessed One said: That came from the son of a slave girl of the Shakyas. Then, the elderly Brahmins reported: O Gautama, do not say such things. This "wicked one" has been effective because he has answered by hearing much. The Blessed One said: Do not speak about this matter, but let the "wicked one" himself answer. Shakya is known from the four sons expelled by Sugar-cane King Holy-born. Have you heard that that is the beginning of the Shakyas? He reported: I have heard. A slave girl of Sugar-cane King Holy-born, named "Enduring-patience", and a hermit of the Chandalas caste united and gave birth to a boy. The flesh-eaters named him "Non-winking". Have you heard that that is the beginning of Non-winking? Even though he was asked in this way two or three times, the "wicked one" was ashamed and could not say anything. At that time, Vajrapani Yaksha said: If you do not truthfully answer, I will split your head into seven pieces with the vajra. He raised the burning vajra and threatened the "wicked one", who was frightened and truthfully reported: Gautama, I have heard that that is the beginning of Non-winking. Then, all the other Brahmins thought: The Teacher has spoken the truth, we simply did not believe it before. The Blessed One said: Do not say that the "wicked one" is the son of a slave girl, that hermit has great magical powers. Then, after speaking to the extremely dejected "wicked one" again with gentle words, he answered his questions very extensively. In the end, he praised the royal caste as being superior to the Brahmin caste, saying: Whatever is related to lineage, The royal caste is noble among two-legged beings. Even among gods and humans, Those endowed with wisdom and conduct are noble. This is quoting the words spoken by Brahma, the lord of the Sahā world.

Having done that, Moza generated great faith and requested the Buddha to teach the Dharma. The Buddha was very pleased and satisfied, and extensively taught the Dharma. He said, "Remember well the signs for which you have come." He also observed accordingly. He saw the thirty-two signs of a great man. He reported, "What I have obtained are the thirty-two signs of the great Shakyamuni. But there are two missing on your body." After asking this and that, the Buddha showed that the wheel of his tongue covered his face, and the hidden genitals submerged in the flesh were also clearly shown by the signs of light. After that, Moza and the Brahmin assembly returned and went to the Brahmin Lotus Treasury, and told those words in detail. There, the Brahmin Lotus Treasury angrily struck Moza's head with his shoe, saying, "Alas, messenger! Alas, communicator! Like you, I will fall into the lower realms! You have despised the wise Gautama, and I will be counted among those who have done so!" Thus he said. "Wise ones, today I was going to visit Gautama, but because it was late, I could not go, so I will go tomorrow." That night he made preparations. The next day, many vehicles filled with food, surrounded by the Brahmin assembly, went to the presence of the Blessed One. There, all the monks living in the agreeable place (འདོད་པ་མཐུན་པ་ན་གནས་པའི་) were gathered, and a pure and abundant alms-food was offered. Dedication was made. He also spoke words that made the Brahmins happy and satisfied, and finally requested, "Did the Brahmin boy Moza come yesterday? What kind of conversation did you have?" The Buddha answered in detail. He said, "Because he is of a child's nature, please forgive him." The Brahmin said, "Forgiven." He requested, "Wise Gautama, when I am riding in a vehicle, or holding the reins, or slightly arranging my disheveled hair, please allow me to prostrate." And so on. The Buddha thought, "This person is still arrogant." In order to abandon his arrogance, he proclaimed the Dharma, and the Brahmin Lotus Treasury obtained the fruit of stream-entry, and also specifically spoke verses. These and so on, living in the agreeable place.
