From the syllable OM (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) on the foreheads of all, from the heart of the Buddha Vairochana in Akanishta, from the goddess in the natural abode of the Protector, from the rear of Vajrasana, invite the Dharma Protector siblings, from the great charnel ground Rotang Nakpo, invite the Dharma Protector Mahakala with a copper knife, and from all directions, including the eight great charnel grounds, invite the inconceivable arrogant males and females, Vajrasamājaḥ Hūṃ (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：vajrasamājaḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：金刚萨玛扎 吽)! Before Vajradhara, as how you have vowed and promised, please remember your vows as they are. For my sake, in this palace, I invite the Great Black One, please remember your vows and come! When called, do not be deaf, when waved, do not blink, when cursed, do not weaken, when served, do not be far. Kye! I call the Black One, do not be deaf, I wave the Black One, do not blink, I curse the Black One, do not weaken, I serve the Black One, do not be far, I practice the Black One, do not be distracted, I honor the Black One, do not fear meeting. From the great plain of corpses in the charnel ground, with samadhi, mantra, and mudra, I urge the heart commitment of the Great Black One. To subdue all the wicked, and to protect the Buddha's teachings, I invite you to come quickly! You are the powerful messenger of the Buddhas, subduing demons and rakshasas, black in color, short in stature, with great splendor, the Dharma protector of all teachings, the life-holder of all oath-bound ones, the one who cuts off the lives of those who break their vows. I urge your heart commitment, please come to this place and accept the invitation! After the Protector comes to this place, please accomplish the four activities! After sitting on the burning cushion, please accomplish all the tasks I have entrusted to you! Do not forget the vows of the past, please joyfully accept the offerings, and protect the Buddha's teachings, especially be the protector of this community!

For the enemies and obstacles that harm the teachings, in order to subdue them by various means, in this supreme and sacred place of offering, I request you to reside joyfully and steadfastly. From one's own heart, radiate light, and summon all harm-doers, enemies, obstacles, curses, etc., and dissolve them into the torma. At this point, offer the torma with just the mantra, as in the torma ritual. Perform a condensed offering and praise, as in the torma dedication. Hūṃ, from the mandala of the great charnel ground ablaze, Great Black Protector, terrifying form, is the protector who makes the Buddha's teachings extremely prosperous, I praise you, great Dharma protector. With outer and inner actions, in the form of a fierce Rakshasa, always a friend to those who keep their vows, and the chief lord of death for those who break their vows. I praise you, the vow-holding protector. The action protector Mahākāla, is the protector of the teachings of the thousand Buddhas, is the subduer of the enemies of the holy gurus, I prostrate to you, the action protector. In the past, before the Sugata, you made a promise, to protect the teachings and benefit beings, do not transgress your vows, remember your vows, I beseech you to act, accomplish all my affairs. The action protector Mahākāla, with the retinue of flesh-eating demons, Yakshas, Matrikas, and Dakinis, come here, partake of this adorned torma. Praise in this way and so on. At this time, one should also perform the fulfillment offering as appropriate. Hūṃ, to the great black one with his retinue, the harmonious samaya substances that are offered are: an ocean of red argham, flowers of the five senses, incense of great mixed medicines, a red torma of flesh and bones, lamps of sesame and pure butter, medicine and amrita and fragrance, food of black grains smeared with butter, the sound of thighbone trumpets, drums, and cymbals, outer, inner, and secret, all these limitless offerings, I offer to you, great and blazing deity, in order to make the teachings flourish, I urge you to remember your vows, partake, enjoy, and be pleased!
