May all things of every kind be accomplished without hindrance! Thus, stating the power of truth. Then, recite as follows: Hūṃ! By faith and samaya, come forth, glorious and powerful Black One! Before Vajradhara, as you have vowed and promised, in this blessed place, for the sake of accomplishing the four activities, without forgetting your vows and promises, I invite Mahākāla to come! Hūṃ! Although not moved from the state of Dharmata, you manifest as the protector of the teachings, the Dharma protector. Great Black One, mighty and powerful, come to the task at hand! Hūṃ! Great Black One and all your retinue, in this great blazing mandala, I invite you for fierce activities. Please reside here and slay enemies and obstacles! Hūṃ! Bestower of the two siddhis, fulfill the heart commitment of Mahākāla. Great God, glorious and blazing, fulfill your heart commitment. Of the Great Terrifier... Supreme God, Black One's heart... Subduer of the wicked... Great Protector of the Teachings... Fulfill your heart commitment with substances, fulfill it with black sheep banners. Fulfill your heart with black yak tail whisks... With great support torma... With the continuous torma... Fulfill your heart commitment with a gathering of desirable objects. With these harmonious samaya substances, may the heart commitment of the Great Black One and his retinue be completely fulfilled. Pacify the diseases, evil spirits, and malice of us yogis and our retinue. Increase wealth, fame, life, and enjoyment. Subdue all beings, human and non-human, without exception. I beseech you to slay the enemies and obstacles who hate the teachings with fierce, manifest actions. Hūṃ! This pure feast torma, increase it with samādhi, mantra, and mudrā. I offer it to the Protector and his retinue. Fulfill your heart commitment and grant your aid. Hūṃ! To the beautiful, feathered garuda, black bird with iron beak and claws.
