生起等咒语之神。 寂怒诸神众，出自四续部， 对所说一切，恭敬作礼拜。 三世善逝法身，于六道众生，观世音菩萨。 如虚空般遍布之十一面，光辉无量光。 千手转轮圣王千位，千眼贤劫佛陀千尊。 于何者应调伏，即于彼处示现之， 圣者观世音菩萨。 三世诸佛之意子，持童子相之菩萨妙音。 摧毁一切魔之坛城，智悲之自性。 于柳枝处之殊胜圣地，是密咒明咒之主。 摧灭邪引魔众之，手持金刚。 怙主观世音自在慈悲者，不空绢索忿怒面马头。 一发母与忿怒颦眉母，圣五尊之众。 具德天女秋月之色，三面八臂极美寂静身。 无量智慧赐予寿命之殊胜者，尊胜佛母之足。 狮子大象火蛇盗贼与，铁锁大海食肉者之怖畏。 寂灭如月光般美丽之身，薄伽梵度母。 身之过失已断具足相好，语之过失已断迦陵频伽之音。 意之过失已断知晓一切所知，吉祥光焰母。 尊胜世间自在秘密主，不动欲王青色杖。 大力者与天子二者，尊胜诸神众。 妙音手持金刚观世音，地藏菩萨除盖障。 虚空藏菩萨慈氏普遍贤，近密八大菩萨。 索索朗玛千摧坏，大孔雀明王密咒随持与。 清凉尸林与顶髻白伞等，事业诸神众。 仅持诵忆念其名号，亦能救护一切怖畏。 赐予无垢大乐之，天女具光母。
