།ཕྱུག་པའི་རྒྱགས་ པས་དྲེགས་པ་དང་། །རིགས་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྒྱགས་པ་དང་། །གཞོན་པའི་རྒྱགས་པའི་ དྲེགས་པ་ཡིས། །བདག་གིས་སྡིག་པ་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །ཉེས་པའི་དམིགས་སུ་མ་མཐོང་ བས། །ཉེས་པར་བགྱིས་པའི་ལས་དང་ནི། །ཉེས་པར་བསམས་ཤིང་ཉེས་སྨྲས་པའི། །སྡིག་ ལས་བདག་གིས་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །བྱིས་པའི་བློ་ཡི་འཇུག་པ་དང་། །མི་ཤེས་མུན་པའི་ སེམས་དང་ནི། །སྡིག་པའི་གྲོགས་པོའི་དབང་གྱུར་དང་། །ཉོན་མོངས་རྣམ་པར་འཁྲུགས་ སེམས་དང་། །རྩེད་མོ་དགའ་བའི་དབང་ཉིད་དང་། །མྱ་ངན་དང་ནི་ནད་དབང་དང་། །ནོར་ གྱིས་མ་ཆོག་ཉེས་པ་ཡིས། །བདག་གིས་སྡིག་པ་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །འཕགས་མིན་སྐྱེ་བོ་འདྲེ་ བ་དང་། །ཕྲག་དོག་སེར་སྣའི་རྒྱུ་དང་ནི། །གཡོ་དང་དབུལ་བའི་ཉེས་པ་ཡིས། །བདག་གིས་ སྡིག་པ་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །ཕོངས་དང་རྒུད་པའི་དུས་ཀྱི་ཚེ། །འདོད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་འཇིགས་རྒྱུ་ དང་། །ཕྱུག་པོ་མ་ཡིན་གྱུར་པ་ཡིས། །བདག་གིས་སྡིག་པ་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །གཡོ་བའི་ སེམས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཉིད་དང་། །འདོད་དང་ཁྲོ་བའི་དབང་དག་དང་། །བཀྲེས་དང་སྐོམ་པས་ཉེན་ པ་ཡིས། །བདག་གིས་སྡིག་པ་གང་བགྱིས་དང་། །བཟའ་བ་དག་དང་བཏུང་བ་དང་། །བུད་ མེད་རྒྱུ་དང་གོས་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར། །ཉོན་མོངས་གདུང་བ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས། །བདག་གིས་སྡིག་པ་གང་ བགྱིས་དང་། །ལུས་དང་ངག་དང་ཡིད་ཀྱི་སྡིག །ཉེས་སྤྱད་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་བསགས་ནི། །འདི་ འདྲའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་གང་བགྱིས་པ། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་འཆགས་སོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ རྣམས་དང་ཆོས་རྣམས་དང་། །དེ་བཞིན་ཉན་ཐོས་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་། །གུས་པ་མ་ལགས་གང་ བགྱིས་པ། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་འཆགས་སོ། །གང་ཡང་རང་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་དང་། ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་། །གུས་པ་མ་ལགས་བགྱིས་པ་རྣམས། །དེ་དག་ 14-284 ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་འཆགས་སོ། །དམ་ཆོས་སྨྲ་བ་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་། །གུས་པ་མ་ལགས་བགྱིས་ པ་དང་། །ཆོས་ལའང་གུས་པར་མ་བགྱིས་པ། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་འཆགས་སོ། ། བདག་གིས་རྟག་ཏུ་མི་ཤེས་པས། །དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ནི་སྤངས་པ་དང་། །ཕ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་མ་ གུས་གང་། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་འཆགས་སོ། །བླུན་པ་དང་ནི་བྱིས་པ་དང་། །འདོད་ ཆགས་ཞེ་སྡང་གཏི་མུག་དང་། །ང་རྒྱལ་དྲེགས་པས་བསྒྲིབས་བགྱིས་པ། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ བདག་འཆགས་སོ། །བདག་གིས་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཏུ། །སྟོབས་བཅུ་རྣམས་ལ་མཆོད་ པར་བགྱི། །བདག་གིས་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུན་ལས་གདོན་ པར་བགྱི། །སེམས་

以富有的傲慢自居，以种姓和享受的傲慢自居，以年轻的傲慢自居，我所造作的罪业是什么？因为没有看到过错的目标，所造作的罪业，所思所说的罪业，我所造作的罪业是什么？以孩童的心识行事，以无知的黑暗之心，受罪恶朋友的支配，烦恼各种扰乱的心，嬉戏玩乐的支配，悲伤和疾病的支配，以及因财富不足而犯下的过错，我所造作的罪业是什么？与非圣洁之人交往，嫉妒悭吝的因由，欺骗和贫困的过错，我所造作的罪业是什么？在贫困和衰败的时刻，对欲望的恐惧，以及变得不富有，我所造作的罪业是什么？受欺骗之心的支配，受欲望和愤怒的支配，受饥渴的逼迫，我所造作的罪业是什么？为了食物和饮料，为了女人、财产和衣服，各种烦恼的折磨，我所造作的罪业是什么？身语意的罪业，积累的三种恶行，以这样的方式所造作的一切，我全部忏悔。对诸佛和诸法，以及声闻众，凡是不恭敬的，我全部忏悔。还有对独觉佛，以及菩萨们，凡是不恭敬的，我全部忏悔。对宣说正法的人们，凡是不恭敬的，以及对法也不恭敬的，我全部忏悔。我因常常无知，舍弃了神圣的法，以及对父母不恭敬的，我全部忏悔。愚笨和幼稚，以及贪嗔痴，被傲慢和骄傲所蒙蔽，我全部忏悔。我于十方世界，供养十力者，我愿十方众生，脱离一切痛苦。心
English
With arrogance of wealth, with arrogance of lineage and enjoyment, with arrogance of youth, what sins have I committed? Because I have not seen the object of fault, the deeds I have committed wrongly, the sins I have thought and spoken wrongly, what sins have I committed? Acting with the mind of a child, with the mind of ignorant darkness, being dominated by sinful friends, various disturbing minds of afflictions, being dominated by the joy of play, being dominated by sorrow and illness, and by the fault of not being satisfied with wealth, what sins have I committed? Associating with non-holy people, the cause of jealousy and stinginess, the faults of deception and poverty, what sins have I committed? In times of poverty and decline, the fear of desires, and becoming not wealthy, what sins have I committed? Being dominated by the deceiving mind, being dominated by desire and anger, being afflicted by hunger and thirst, what sins have I committed? For the sake of food and drink, for the sake of women, possessions, and clothes, various afflictions of torment, what sins have I committed? The sins of body, speech, and mind, accumulating the three kinds of misdeeds, whatever I have done in this way, I confess all of them. To the Buddhas and the Dharmas, and also to the Shravakas, whatever I have been disrespectful, I confess all of them. Also to the Pratyekabuddhas, and to the Bodhisattvas, whatever I have been disrespectful, I confess all of them. To those who speak the sacred Dharma, whatever I have been disrespectful, and also not being respectful to the Dharma, I confess all of them. Because I am always ignorant, abandoning the sacred Dharma, and whatever disrespect I have shown to my parents, I confess all of them. Foolish and childish, and with attachment, hatred, and ignorance, being obscured by pride and arrogance, I confess all of them. In the ten directions of the world, I make offerings to the ten powers, may I liberate all sentient beings in the ten directions from all suffering. Mind
