Glorious goddess, the color of the autumn moon, with three faces and eight arms, a supremely beautiful and peaceful form, bestowing the supreme of immeasurable wisdom and life, I prostrate to the feet of the Victorious Mother. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Uṣṇīṣa Vijaya Sapariwara Argham Pratīccha Svāhā (藏文：ༀ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨུཥྞཱི་ཥ་བི་ཛ་ཡ་ས་པཱ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओँ सर्व तथागत उष्णीष विजय सपारिवार अर्घं प्रतीच्छ स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata uṣṇīṣa vijaya saparivāra argha pratīccha svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, all Tathagatas, Uṣṇīṣa Vijaya, with retinue, offering, accept, Svāhā). Then, joining the palms, one should perform the continuous confession: In all directions of the world, wherever the Tathāgatas reside, and the Arhats and Bodhisattvas, may they be mindful of me. In whatever lifetimes, whatever sins I have committed, in previous other lifetimes, and in this lifetime and in samsara, due to attachment, power, ignorance, and anger, having been disturbed, towards the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, or the Lamas, and parents, and the Arhats and Bodhisattvas, and whatever objects of offering, and other sentient beings, whether virtuous or not, whatever sinful actions I have committed, or caused others to commit, or slightly rejoiced in, even the slightest due to carelessness, those committed by body, speech, and mind, having gathered them all together, to the complete Buddhas and their sons, I now, as if in their presence, prostrate with great reverence, with a remorseful mind, joining my palms, I confess each and every fault again and again. Whatever non-virtues I have committed, as known by the complete Buddhas, thus, I confess each and every one, and in the future, I will never do such things again. For the sake of generating non-conceptual wisdom, turning the wheel of Dharma, and until the disciples are satisfied, I request not to pass into Nirvana. For the sake of pacifying the suffering of living beings, for as long as I live, to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, I go for refuge with reverence and correctness. The realm of sentient beings is limitless, for the sake of pacifying suffering, and liberating from the lower realms, and liberating from the afflictions, in the fear of the uneasy existence, whatever various sufferings there are, all such
