La, women are celestial demonesses. Yoginis are those among them who, through the power of knowledge mantras and the accomplishment of samadhi in the desire realm, possess manifest wisdom, magical abilities, and immense power. Others are easy to understand; even when drawing mandalas, wanderers include Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Hearers, Solitary Realizers, Wrathful Deities, etc., and the golden surroundings include the Four Great Kings, as well as the seats of other worldly beings. Various uncertain heaps of colored powders should be arranged; fixed arrangements are not necessary. Similarly, the worldly hand gestures described in the tantras are actually directed towards the mandala of the Wheel-Turning King, and it is necessary to bind those hand gestures in the ritual of that mandala. Also, if one wishes to practice those worldly deities, those corresponding hand gestures are necessary. However, in the ritual of all wisdom, those hand gestures are not necessary. Furthermore, examine this: although this tantra is famously known as a Yoga Tantra, if the Jnana Tilaka Tantra is taken as evidence, according to the views of Jowo Je (Atisha) and Sakya Pandita, it is entirely appropriate as a Carya Tantra. Because the opening location is said to be an ordinary heavenly realm, and stories of karmic results dependent on human birth appear, even from the perspective of the words used in the expression, it is impossible to go beyond Yoga Tantra. From the perspective of the meaning of the content expressed, it is also clearly indicated as a Carya Tantra, because only the self-generation of the main deity of the great mandala ritual is mentioned, and there is only the approach of the deity through the samaya mudra, and there is no fixed number of mudra seals here. So, in the case of the Wheel-Turning King, isn't the karma mudra clearly shown? As it is said, "If that is divided into two, it is karma." If someone thinks like that, it is not showing the karma mudra among the four mudras, but "karma" refers to the mudra of the meaning of liberation from karma. That is its meaning. Therefore, as explained here, the samaya mudra is blessed, and in some cases of entrusting actions, the preliminary samaya mudra only stimulates the mindstream of the deity. Here, even the term "samaya seal" is not used, let alone the sealing of the four mudras.

Not to mention, the samaya mudras of each deity are very famous in the Kriya Tantra and Maha Yoga Tantra. Therefore, this is merely a branch of the Charya Tantra, a part of it. Although it is not a root tantra that reveals extensive rituals, it is, in general, slightly higher in vehicle than the Abhisamayalankara, etc., and it is a Charya Tantra that connects with the higher tantra classes, which should be understood. In this regard, up to the daily confession here, proceed as before. After establishing the image firmly, invite the deities to reside, and from contemplating the meaning of the four immeasurables to ཥིཉྩ་ཨ་, perform the self-generation as before. In the tradition of the Charya Tantra, it is uncertain whether self-generation is performed before or after the front generation, but at the time of practice, it is performed between the image and the mandala. After that, purify with emptiness (Sanskrit Devanagari: शून्यता, Sanskrit Romanization: shunyata, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness). Recite ༀ་བྷ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: 嗡巴, Sanskrit Romanization: om bha, Chinese literal meaning: Om Bha), from within emptiness, in the center of the vajra ground and the fire mountain (surrounding), is a palace made of various jewels. It is square, with four doors, decorated with four steps. From the inside, in order, are five layers of walls in blue, yellow, red, green, and white. Above that, it is surrounded by yellow jewel tiles. Above that, there is a base of nets and half-nets, surrounded by arrows and shafts. Outside the walls, on a red desire-fulfilling cloth, are offering goddesses. Above the four porticos are horse-head ornaments. The surfaces of the supporting pillars are decorated with stacked elephant-lions. Within the eight pillars of the door frame and the elephant backs, the east is vajra, the south is jewel, the west is lotus, and the north is crossed vajra. In the outer corridors, there are also gardens, bathing ponds, flowers, jewels, and filled with various offerings, on a jewel base painted with eye patterns in hundreds of colors. Above the palace are successively covered, and the top is decorated with a pinnacle. The upper and lower bases, the east is blue, the south is yellow, the west is red, the north is green, and the center is white. Inside the palace, there is a white sixteen-spoked wheel. In its center is a yellow eight-spoked wheel. The center of the center is a jewel.
