Shar Zer: It means self-arising from clear light. That is, in the waking state, bliss and emptiness and deity forms are continuous. May all deep sleep turn into clear light. The power of dream practice is inexhaustible, and for the individual for whom pure appearances naturally arise as deity forms, this bardo first clear light self-arising dharmakaya will arise. There is no separate object of focus for this. 12-599 If you want to explain these contents in detail, you can conduct one or two Dharma sessions, etc., as appropriate. The second is the intermediate Victorious One, the Sambhogakaya self-arising: the preliminary is similar to the descent of the illusory body, and finally pray to attain the Sambhogakaya in the bardo. After the lama dissolves into oneself, look at oneself and all appearances, and also strongly cultivate the thought that this is the actual existence of the bardo. Also, have strong renunciation by remembering the suffering of the six realms of samsara and the faults of attachment, hatred, and afflictions. At this time of the bardo, if you are confused, the degree of confusion will be great, and even each thought of attachment and hatred will instantly throw you into hell {able [can]. If you practice the path, the degree of liberation will also be great. Now, even if you practice for years and months in the waking state, it is not as effective and decisive as practicing for a moment here. Now you must not be controlled by afflictions, but be someone who is not confused. Think that you will practice the Victorious One Sambhogakaya given by the lama. From emptiness, visualize in front of yourself a blue Dharma source with thin roots and the mouth pointing upwards. Here, for those who have not realized their own nature, it is like being in the mother's womb. For those who have realized it, think that this is the Akanishta Dharma Palace. Then go to the center of it yourself. Your own mind becomes a large, blue, and blazing Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,摧伏) syllable. From there, light radiates and strikes the Dharma source. Purify all the debts and habitual tendencies of past womb births. Now all the karma of present womb births is also purified. Block the door to future births. Incidentally, think that the habitual tendencies of the other three birth places are also naturally purified. Thinking that this is the bardo, from the complete transformation of the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,摧伏) syllable, instantly visualize yourself as the Wheel of Bliss, the Coemergent. Thinking that this is the bardo, visualize the lama on top of the complete four seats on the crown of your head. In the bardo 12-600 at this time, pray to attain the Sambhogakaya.

Pray! Pray with one-pointedness in this way. When meditating and practicing in this way, it is crucial to constantly maintain the thought that "everything is Bardo." End of the forty-fourth contemplation. Third, the ultimate Nirmanakaya unceasingly arises on its own: After completing the previous contemplation, add this on top of it, thinking that you must transform this perception that "all appearances are Bardo." Thinking that you must transform all visible forms into the body of Chakrasamvara, everything becomes Heruka father and mother with a "throng throng" sound. Thinking that you must transform all sounds into a single seven-syllable mantra, the sounds arise with a "woor woor" sound as the mantra itself. During the day, intensely meditate that all experiences, including pleasure, pain, attachment, aversion, and all objects of thought and conceptualization, are like illusions and dreams. When dreams arise, simply remembering the three transformations will naturally liberate you from all afflictions and suffering. Fourth, the unerring common key point: At this time, most lamas say this: Here, it is said that "the very lowest of the lowest faculties" refers to the practice of the unerring common key point for those with inferior faculties. Some add this contemplation on top of the complete contemplation of the unceasing Nirmanakaya just mentioned. In reality, the latter three contemplations of the Bardo are not three independent practices; rather, the latter is added to the former. They say this. From one perspective, this is true, but if it were limited to this alone, the word "common" in "unerring common key point" would become meaningless. Therefore, this contemplation should also be added to the practice of those with middling faculties, and it seems that it should also be added to the practice of those with inferior faculties. In this way, the Bardo itself encompasses the practices of those with superior, middling, and inferior faculties, and it seems that there is no need for the classification of four faculties. Moreover, in the commentary of the Them Yig and in the Clear Explanation of Words, only the unerring common key point is mentioned, and it is not related to the order of faculties. Therefore, whether it is the contemplation of the middling or inferior faculties, it seems that the meaning is that there is no mistake if you add this contemplation and practice it. As it is said: Guru, Yidam, and illusory body three, Carry them on the path without separation. In the great terrors of the Bardo, Cherish the unerring pith instructions. As it is said, Bardo
