Which causes to be placed in happiness, that is, reciting the Tāre mantra twice. 12-383 Reciting with the Tuttāre mantra, it is extremely powerful, and it also eliminates all incurable epidemic diseases. Temporarily, the ten-syllable mantra shows the pacification of epidemic diseases, the cutting off of plagues, and the protection from infectious diseases. But the main meaning is that reciting the ten-syllable mantra pacifies all afflictions like severe epidemic diseases. Here, the two eyes are likened to the sun and moon, because the light of the right eye frightens those who are close to harming, and burns away sins and sufferings, like the light of the sun; and the light of the left eye, in order to strive for life, wealth, and happiness, pours down nectar, like the light of the moon. The saying "reciting two Tāras" refers to the two Tāras and Tuttāre, which is the ten-syllable mantra mentioned above, and it is to be recognized as such. Therefore, oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā (藏文:ༀ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡,达热,德达热,德热,梭哈) is widely known as the mantra of the three activities of pacifying, increasing, and subjugating of Tārā. The secret meaning is that the symbols of the sun and moon are the two inner essences, and the eyes filled with them are the two ends of the central channel, from which wisdom arises, hence the clear light. The two Tāras mean deliverance, delivering from the extremes of samsara and nirvana through bliss and emptiness. Tuttāre means suffering, that is, difficult practice, suppressing the sun under the feet and drawing the moon to the crown, and this immutable asceticism eliminates the epidemic disease of the transference of bindus. ༄། །Twenty-first Verse. In the twenty-first verse, "Homage to that very three truths," etc., there are four meanings: literal, general, hidden, and ultimate. The first is that on the three suchnesses of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, by properly arranging the minds of those to be tamed, through its power, all obscurations are 12-384 abandoned, and placed in peace, that is, fully endowed with the power to ripen and liberate those to be tamed. Demons refer to the eighteen kinds of demons, such as the Namru demon. Zombies refer to the actions of zombies, that is, evil spells such as curses.

Byin is The harm of those who steal splendor. All such harm is destroyed by the three doors of liberation. It is also done by the power of the mantra 'Rab Chog Tu Re'. Or, Ture is quick. May you, the supreme goddess, quickly destroy all harm. Since it also translates as, 'It would be good to amend it to 'Quickly destroy the supreme, excellent one, mother.' The second is the general meaning. In the meditation of generating oneself as the form of Tara, placing the three syllables of reality in the three places becomes the best protector of peace and obstacles. It also teaches the secret mantra for protecting against the harm of demons and so on. Third, the hidden meaning is: the three realities are appearance, proliferation, and near attainment. When those are arranged in order from the east, peace, that is, all four moments, emptiness, and luminosity, draw near. Demons are the channels, zombies are the bindus, and harmful spirits are the thoughts that are destroyed in the realm of luminosity. From that, the supreme, excellent one quickly arises as the form of a deity. Such a kind is from the Lamp of Clarity: 'Luminosity shows the best, / Union makes one realize the best. / The extremes are explained in two ways, / The word that ultimately reaches the end.' Although the Secret Assembly of Noble Ones and others desire an ultimate explanation according to their own system, one should know that there is also a hidden meaning in general. Fourth, the ultimate is: the three realities of body, speech, and mind vajra are arranged from the beginning as the nature of all phenomena. Because nature is primordially pure, by meditating on the path, one is also perfectly endowed with the power to attain peace. By placing equanimity in that very realm of the indivisible three vajras, one quickly destroys suffering equal to the harm of demons, actions equal to the actions of zombies, and afflictions equal to harmful spirits. The supreme, excellent one makes one into the single innate wisdom of great bliss. That is the meaning. Thus, these words of detailed explanation, just as they sound, show the emanation body of the Blessed Mother, making it appear in the mandala of the assembly of Buddhas, the king of the gods.
