Defaming and whipping the upper castes, not completing circumambulation and prostrations, etc., not believing, afflictions arising at will, and the cause of great bliss for oneself and others deteriorating. Violating the three Vajra vows, as well as the eight uncommon vows, and the four vows spoken after contemplation, all actions that violate these vows. Proclaiming secrets to those who are not vessels, giving empowerment, blessings, lineage mantras, and inappropriate activities, and practicing mantra tantra in inappropriate places, etc., I confess everything. The confessor, the object of confession, and the actor of confession do not exist, and in order to purify attachment, even if offering pure Brahma, by realizing the reality that the nature of the two obscurations is primordially pure, may I attain Buddhahood! Om Shri Vajra Heruka, etc., recite the hundred-syllable mantra of Heruka three times. Whatever I have not attained, have lost, and have done or will do due to ignorance, please forgive me, Protector! We beginners, because we are the support of the individual, have mental obstacles, incomplete resources, unclear samadhi, impure mantras, and all increases and decreases in rituals, please make up for all increases and decreases, bless us so that it does not become an obstacle to our path and achievements. Thus, request forgiveness. Please, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions, remember me. Until all beings like space are not placed in the state of non-abiding nirvana, please do not enter nirvana, but firmly remain in the world. In particular, please all the deities invited to the support body of Vajrayogini, firmly remain in the world until the four great disasters have not occurred. After you remain, please become the protector, savior, and supreme companion of me and all beings. Om Supratistha Vajra Ye Svaha. Thus, make the firm abiding. Your benefit all sentient beings, etc., the wisdom being of Sindhura descends. 如此行持。接下来是行持瑜伽：自身和显现的一切事物，都是金刚瑜伽母身之自性，念诵三遍嗡（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）。所说和发出的声音，都是金刚瑜伽母语之自性。忆念和分别念，都是金刚瑜伽母意之大智慧的化现，如此清净。 祈愿文 接下来是祈愿文：我于三时所积的一切善，愿如虚空般无尽的众生，都成为无上金刚乘之法器，愿一切都成为金刚持。生生世世之中，愿我皆具智慧，种姓高贵，无有我慢，慈悲广大，对上师具足恭敬和坚定，安住于金刚亥母之誓言。愿我恒常持有金刚铃等，通达深广之法义，恒常食用枸杞等，具足证得究竟大乐之福分。愿安住于善逝面前的三处空行母，守护誓言，赐予殊胜成就，立下誓愿，恒常守护，愿于此生获得三种成就。从天女量开始，成为因缘。如是发愿。 接下来是向根本传承上师祈请：一切法本初即是清净自性，原始佛陀大乐俱生，三世诸佛之总集化身，祈请根本上师之莲足。诸佛之本体，遍主金刚持，调伏难调者，具德黑汝嘎，智慧自性金刚瑜伽母，祈请您加持我的相续。从五次第道中获得殊胜成就的持铃者，以智慧行为善行持的达给巴，调伏外道的中等导师之莲足，祈请您加持我的相续。轮回涅槃平等一味的瑜伽士帝洛巴，九大傲慢者之顶饰那若巴，名声传遍虚空的阿底峡巴，祈请您……具慧贤者克洛嘉·谢饶策，蒙受上师摄受的译师玛尔巴，具力怙主加持的萨迦巴，祈请您……密咒续部之究竟

Thus one acts. Next is the yoga of conduct: Myself and all appearing phenomena are the nature of the body of Vajrayogini. Recite Om (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) three times. All speech and sounds are the nature of the speech of Vajrayogini. All memory and conceptual thoughts are the emanation of the great wisdom of the mind of Vajrayogini, thus they are completely pure. Aspiration Prayer Next is the aspiration prayer: By whatever merit I have accumulated in the three times, may all sentient beings, as limitless as the sky, become vessels of the unsurpassable Vajrayana, may all become Vajradharas. In all births, may I have intelligence, noble lineage, no arrogance, great compassion, complete respect and steadfastness towards the Guru, and abide by the vows of Vajravarahi. May I always hold the vajra bell and so on, understand the profound and vast Dharma, always consume goji berries and so on, and have the fortune to attain ultimate great bliss. May the dakinis of the three places who reside before the Sugata, protect their vows and grant supreme siddhis, make vows and always protect them, may the three siddhis be attained in this very life. From the goddess of measure, may it become a cause. Thus the aspiration prayer was made. Next is the supplication to the root and lineage gurus: All dharmas are primordially pure in essence, the primordial Buddha, the co-emergent Great Bliss, the embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times, I supplicate at the feet of the root guru. The embodiment of all Buddhas, the all-pervading Vajradhara, the subduer of the difficult to tame, glorious Heruka, the wisdom nature Vajrayogini, I supplicate you, please bless my continuum. Drilbupa, who attained the supreme accomplishment from the path of the five stages, Dagipa, who practices well with wise conduct, the feet of the intermediate teacher who subdues the heretics, I supplicate you, please bless my continuum. Tilopa, the yogi who is equal in samsara and nirvana, Naropa, the crown ornament of the nine great arrogant ones, Atisha, whose fame reached the end of the sky, I supplicate you... Klogkya Sherab Tseg, the wise and holy one, Marpa the translator, who was cared for by the supreme teacher, Sakyapa, blessed by the powerful protector, I supplicate you... The ultimate of the secret mantra tantras.
