The glorious Vajra abiding well on the moon, utterly abandoning all conceptualizations, the lady with the garments of direction. By the supreme union of the two truths, she is enchanting with a hundred moods of wrath and desire. Skilled in transforming the intoxicating dance of great bliss, the Nada that pleases the glorious Heruka. After praising the Yogini, the mother of all Sugatas, I will explain the practice method of that glorious lady. Even just this practice, is for the sake of realizing other instructions. I will briefly write down a small portion of the practice related to the acceptance of disciples. On an auspicious occasion, draw a mandala dharma-source double-layered with colored powders. There, fill a manjila kapala with a mixture of wine and nectar. Spread sindhura on a mirror. Draw the dharma-source etc. with a golden needle like the mantra wheel in one's own heart. Cover it from above with a red silk cloth. Arrange the two inner tormas and the offerings of the mandala in a clockwise direction. The implements for the tsok, as well as the preliminary torma, musical instruments, vajra bell and drum, inner offering, silk cloths, etc., the implements for practice and offering, as well as the vase, conch shell, blessing cord, two waters and five desirable objects, which are necessary for vase practice, and the blindfold, flowers, tinglo, mandala, barley, etc., which are necessary for the disciples, should all be prepared.
