It also abides in the form of its own nature. Thus, on top of the twenty-four, add the Fallen Mother, and from the etcetera, the Killing Mother, the Enticing Mother, the自在母(藏文:གར་དབང་མ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:), and the Lotus Net Mother, etc., which are the ḍākiṇīs Lāmā Ḍumkyema, the Form Mother, and Vajravarāhī, etc. These completely pure ones are the five channels of the heart. Adding those, there are twenty-nine. Kādoṅma and others, in the context of the front, back, and middle, are placed at the thresholds of the maṇḍala. As it is said that they are universally practiced in the eight great charnel grounds, they are also the eight channels that reside in the eight apertures of the body. Thus, on top of the previous twenty-nine channels, adding the channels of the eight apertures, there are thirty-seven channels. Here, the single taste channel, the central channel, and the four demon-free channels are combined into one as the nature of Vajravarāhī. They follow the spring channel, glorious Heruka, so they are not counted separately, but the way of being all-pervasive is there. Starting from "the inner seed of the heart" and going to "abiding in place and place," it is because the deities of the maṇḍala of the Bhagavan Vajradhara are increased with bliss and emptiness, and because the inner channels are increased with sixty-two deities, it is taught in the tantras of union and so forth. The "distinction of body, speech, and mind," etc., is taught in this text as an incidental meaning, which is to briefly establish the channels, winds, and bindus in general, and to explain a little about the methods of calculation related to the qualities of the grounds and paths. According to the spring drop texts, the words before that, from the inner seed of the heart, etc., are the spring drops establishing the state of the body, and from the wind of karma to the true abode, it is because the tummo actually blazes from the power of meditating on the path, and in order to show the actual completion stage of wisdom that arises in the bliss-warm spring drop union of the melting bindu, they are combined. Here, those two are combined, and by visualizing them in a way that is similar to those base paths, it will become the newly meditated tummo, the four wheels. This is because it creates a special cause for the completion stage wisdom to arise in the continuum, so it is also named the completion stage, but in reality it is the generation stage.

is a subtle bindu. In this, in the dominion of one's own wheel, visualize the body as having three channels and four wheels. In the navel, the yellow or reddish-yellow nadi-chakra has eight petals in the inner circle and fifty-six in the outer circle, making sixty-four. The inner circle has the letters a ka ca ṭa ta pa ya śa, and the outer circle has sixteen vowels, thirty-two consonants, and again six long vowels. In the center of the wheel, within the central channel, is the letter aṃ. The blue heart chakra has eight petals, with a i u e in the four directions and ya ra la va in the four corners. In the center is the letter hūṃ, with its head pointing downwards. This is the essence letter. The red throat chakra has four petals in the inner circle: ā ī ū ai. The outer twelve petals have the twelve vowels excluding ra and la. Thus, there are sixteen letters on the petals, and in its center is the letter oṃ. The white crown chakra has thirty-two petals, possessing two sets of vowel letters. In its center is the white letter haṃ, with its head pointing downwards. All the letters are the same color as the nadi-chakra, and the letters on the petals of the heart and crown chakras also have their heads pointing downwards. In the ascending and descending nadis, by alternating two white vowel letters and two red consonant letters, one places sixty-four vowels and consonants. Alternatively, one can place thirty-two consonants in the ascending nadi and thirty-two vowels in the descending nadi. In any case, the ascending nadi is written from top to bottom, and the descending nadi is written from bottom to top. Four fingers below the navel, at the lower end of the central channel, is the red-black letter kṣa. In the location of the secret wheel, it is adorned with the wind mandala of yaṃ. From yaṃ, wind arises and rubs against the letter kṣa. The mingling of fire and wind nourishes the letter aṃ in the navel. The firelight of aṃ illuminates oṃ and hūṃ, and also melts the letter haṃ. Emerging from between the eyebrows, it invites the nectar of all the Buddhas, enters from the crown, merges with the letter haṃ, and from it flows a stream of white bindu, passing through the oṃ of the throat and the hūṃ of the heart, collecting all the essence and dissolving into the aṃ of the navel, meditating on it again and again. Thus, by meditating on this method, the wind...
