With the words "...", the guru's mind and one's own mind are inseparable. With the words "I take refuge in the Dharma", the guru's speech and one's own speech are inseparable. With the words "I take refuge in the Sangha", the guru's body and one's own body are inseparable. I take refuge in the noble guru, who is the essence of all Buddhas. By saying this, the wisdom of the guru's body, speech, and mind, and one's own body, speech, and mind become inseparable and of one taste, and one rests in that state. * The main part: Manifesting the wisdom free from elaboration. Secondly, resting in the state free from elaboration: The body is arranged in the seven-point posture of Vairochana. The breath is left in its natural state. The mind is released and transformed into the sky. Like the actions of the past, the mind, thoughts, and sky are inseparable. In the state free from all elaborations of emptiness and self-nature, one rests naturally and without fabrication. This is the first method of focus. If a swarm of thoughts arises, one should recognize the nature of whatever arises and rest in its natural state without fabrication. Whatever thought arises, one should rest in its nature, which is empty, clear, and free from all elaborations, without fabrication, allowing it to remain as it is. This is practiced after one has gained a little experience and recognition. It is difficult for beginners to meditate in this way, so here it is not necessary to abandon the object of focus. This section is written based on the connection of the words. If a person of middling capacity cannot manifest it in that way, then by looking intently at the essence of the thought, it will turn back on itself, and one rests in the state where awareness arises as clear and empty. This is the second method of focus. A person of lesser capacity examines the three aspects of the thought itself: its arising, abiding, and ceasing. First, how does it arise? When it abides, what are its place, time, color, shape, and so on? Even if one thinks one knows how it abides, how does it actually abide? How does it cease when it ceases? By searching and examining in this way, one finds nothing. In that state of emptiness, one recognizes the clear and empty nature and rests in it. This is the third method of focus. Furthermore, the nature of the mind is free from all elaborations. If one rests in it without any fabrication, the self-nature free from elaboration will be manifested. No matter how one fabricates good or bad with the intellect, it goes in the opposite direction from the means of realizing the primordial nature. Therefore,
