The stages are: the stage of Vajra recitation, the stage of focusing on the mind, the stage of blessing oneself as the illusory body, the stage of manifest enlightenment of luminosity, and the stage of non-abiding Nirvana of union, totaling five. Or, dividing the first into two, making it six, namely: body isolation, speech isolation, mind isolation, illusory body, luminosity, and the guidance of union, etc. Main text: Body Isolation. Firstly, there are four types of body isolation: the body isolation of form, the body isolation of nature, the body isolation of consciousness, and the body isolation of samadhi. The first is to simply focus on and abide in the aggregates of the body, which is the collection of thirty-six impure substances such as flesh and blood. The second is to understand that this phenomenon appearing as body and mind is the five aggregates, four elements, six sense bases, five objects, five wisdoms, etc., existing in various scattered forms, and to realize that there is no permanence, oneness, or independence, and no true existence whatsoever, and then to abide in equanimity. The third is that although it appears that consciousness arises from the meeting of objects and faculties, if external objects are broken down into atoms, they will eventually become infinite and thus have no object of focus. Similarly, if the faculties are broken down, they also have no object of focus. Consciousness itself is not focused on either internally or externally, and it does not exist in any color, shape, or form. Therefore, abide in the emptiness free from extremes of the three—external, internal, and intermediate. These are the antidotes to the sequential clinging to purity, self, and the reality of subject and object in relation to the body, and are the preliminaries to body isolation. The fourth is the body isolation of the hundred noble families, the body isolation of the five victorious ones, the body isolation of the three secret families, and the body isolation of the one great secret family. Firstly, it is important to know how the hundred aggregates and elements are purified into the hundred noble families. In short, generally, the collection of the form aggregate is visualized as Vairochana Then, dividing them separately, the form of shape is the manifestation of Vairochana, the colors, shapes, and all five objects of self, other, mountains, and trees are all gathered as the form of shape, Ratnasambhava (རིན་འབྱུང་།). The form of color is the edge of appearance, the form of appearance such as the light of the sun and moon is Amoghasiddhi (དོན་གྲུབ།). Non-action, that is, the image of form that arises in the mind, the self-aware form is visualized as Akshobhya (མི་བསྐྱོད་པ།). Feeling

Again, the first is grasping as the basic consciousness of sentient beings, and the latter is explained as grasping as the outer world. Gradually, it ultimately grasps as duality, relies on the four extremes, grasps as one's own characteristic, grasps as many characteristics, and grasps as emptiness. All of these appear to be feasible, so one should meditate on any one of them. The aggregate of formations is Amoghasiddhi. Among them, the bodily formation is Vairochana.
