This is nearly essential for approaching the path of another's body. Second, incidental methods for dispelling obstacles: When practicing Vajra recitation, if one experiences headaches, torso pain, discomfort in the heart, and so on, visualize the body as empty inside, filled with sieve-like pores from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet. Then, exhale forcefully, and repeat small exhalations frequently. If a part of the body aches, recite using a combination of long and short Hūṃs. By uttering "(Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum)," visualize a rush of air emerging from the painful area. By forcefully uttering a short Hūṃ, visualize the pore at the painful spot suddenly bursting open, with smoke-like air gushing out. Repeat this process to dispel the pain. If the heart trembles or churns, visualize a pore suddenly appearing at the heart. Then, perform Vajra recitation to dispel it. Similarly, if the throat is uncomfortable, if the throat passage and the lower intestinal tract are blocked, and if the front and back passages are uncomfortable, perform Vajra recitation from the two lower orifices. If the stomach is swollen and churning, perform Vajra recitation from the navel pore. If all the joints ache, perform Vajra recitation from the secret orifice or all the pores of the skin. If there is a headache, perform Vajra recitation from the forehead to dispel it. If the eyes ache, perform Vajra recitation from the eyes. If the ears, nose, or tongue ache or are uncomfortable, perform Vajra recitation from those areas. If the body aches, perform Vajra recitation from the aching spot to dispel it. Merely performing vase breathing and these Vajra recitations may cause a burning sensation in the heart, dizziness, vomiting, pain in the crown of the head, and a cold, empty sensation spreading from the tip of the nose throughout the head and body. If such symptoms occur, relax the effort for a few days, consume nutritious food, move slowly, and apply massage. When these symptoms subside, resume practice. These arise from the extension of the main text. In general, all methods for dispelling obstacles should be learned from the oral instructions of the guru, and from the lineage of experience and realization. Mind completely isolated. Third, mind completely isolated: This system is primarily explained as relying on the body of another. However, from the Five Stages, it says: "If the lotus vajra unites, even if it does not exist in conventional reality, merely experiencing it once, one can achieve accomplishment through the power of yoga."

As it is said, after the three appearances are well recognized by relying on the karma mudra, it is okay to meditate by relying on one's own body later. {Sang [also], first, relying on one's own body, make it possible to induce the three appearances as appropriate. Later, {karma [karma]'s seal relies on the karma mudra, there are also cases where the mind isolation is brought to the extreme. One's own body alone cannot complete the mind isolation. Therefore, in terms of the direct instruction of the text, 5-760 The Vidyabhadra of the teacher who has clear knowledge, and the oral instructions of the Black One of Vajrasana, only rely on the lower gate, and do not accept other mind isolation instructions. In the oral instructions of the teacher Deva Akara Tsandra who has a consort, both appear. Therefore, the order of guidance here is also done in the same way: the mind is completely isolated, relying on the upper gate, and relying on the lower gate. First, there is the practice of the three appearances in the order of arising, and the practice of reversing the order. First, there is the practice of the wisdom of the first appearance, the practice of the wisdom of the increasing appearance, and the practice of the wisdom of the obtained appearance. First, practice the preliminaries as before, and the actions of body and speech are equal. Visualize yourself as Vajradhara, appearing with two hands, in the heart, on the moon mandala, in the center of the red lotus with eight petals, is the white Aṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, literal Chinese meaning: om). On the crown of the head, the white Haṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: hang) syllable is head down, which is the nature of the bliss of bodhicitta. By holding the vase breath tightly, a cool, sharp, and powerful light ray emanates from Aṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, literal Chinese meaning: om), striking Haṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: hang). From Haṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: hang), a stream of white bodhicitta descends, dissolving into the Aṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, literal Chinese meaning: om) in the heart. Visualize the light rays of bodhicitta as bright as the rising moon, pervading the inside and outside of the body and all appearances, and slightly recall the experience of subjugation. By repeatedly familiarizing yourself with this, the experience of the wisdom of appearance will arise. Second, the others are the same as this, on the sun mandala in the heart, on the red five-pronged vajra, the red Āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: a) syllable is contained between two tseg drag. Although it is said so, one tseg drag is enough. From it, a very hot light ray emanates, striking Haṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: hang), and the bodhicitta formed by red light descends, dissolving into Āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: a). Everything inside and outside is red light, like the sun. 5-761
