Maintain warm and nourishing food. When eating, fumigate the eyes with steam and exercise the eyes. If the eyes become blurred due to phlegm, before rinsing the mouth in the morning, scrape the teeth with a fingernail and apply it to the eyes. Always eat it mixed with honey. Or use Awa, saffron, cloves, calamus, bear bile, iron snake, and the decoction of arura applied to an iron spoon, mixed with honey, and take one dose on an empty stomach each time. Do not eat foods that are harmful to phlegm. Eye diseases caused by fever are caused by blood and bile. Blood diseases cause itchy eyes and the growth of fleshy growths, while bile causes the eyes to be hot and yellow. For all of these, apply cold Akshobhya to the eyes. Taking three fruits and saffron is beneficial. When making medicine, use saffron, life-sustaining fat, arura, and burnt touchstone. Mix these in equal parts, grind them into a fine powder, mix with water, and apply to the eyes. If this is not effective, strike the eye veins in the back of the neck and drain the blood. Also apply cold Akshobhya to the key points of the eyes, and if blood appears, treat it as described above. If pterygium and fleshy growths appear, imagine that wind is blowing out from the center of the pterygium and focus your attention. Recite Om Teb Long (Tibetan), Neb Long (Tibetan), Tsa Te Long (Tibetan), Surya Chandra Adi Long Zhik (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Surya Chandra Adi Long Zhik, Sun Moon This Pterygium Recedes), and then insert it from the back of the neck. Recite mantras on the intestines and feathers of a pigeon and remove the pterygium. Also apply the above medicine. If it is very difficult to cut, apply ash containing eye bones, coarse salt, and burnt conch powder. Afterwards, apply saffron. If something is stiff in the ear, although there are many kinds of diseases, the first is infection and blockage due to fever. Blood, serous fluid, and pus flow from the ear, and it is hot. For all of these, first shake the Lion Liberation Seal slightly, and then do wind expulsion below it. By focusing wind and consciousness in the ear, pus and the like will be discharged. If deafness occurs after the pus and blood have dried up, blue and red colors will appear deep in the ear. For this, mix coarse salt, the fruit of turmeric, and rue with Akshobhya, pour it into the ear, stir it gently, and then avoid getting cold. For deafness caused by wind, focus your attention on the fire of Tummo and apply oil and massage in front of the ear. If wind and musical sounds occur in the ear and deafness occurs, boil old skull bones.

Within. Costus Scepter grass, rue, rock salt, quince, cardamom, long pepper, kidney beans. 4-685 Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, add and boil, steam the ears with the steam, and after the steam dissipates, drink a small bowl of soup, which is beneficial for wind-induced deafness. If the nasal blood vessels are stiff, breathing is difficult, and it feels like smoke is spreading. Make a "hey" sound to inhale more air. If blocked by mucus or small bumps, mix rue with Turmeric (Sanskrit Devanagari: हरिद्रा, Sanskrit Romanization: haridrā, Chinese literal meaning: Turmeric) and Acorus calamus and inhale into the nose, feeling comfortable. After blowing hard, wash with Acorus calamus as well. If there is a nosebleed, keep the body in a cross-legged position, clench the hands into fists behind the back and tap gently. Alternate between shaking and tapping. If it is difficult to stop the bleeding, burn the hair, or grind the dried hair into powder, inhalate into the nose. Tap the forehead between the eyebrows and on the left and right sides of the sixth and seventh vertebrae, and apply cold stones. Sometimes nosebleeds are also caused by wind, so apply garlic to the soles of the feet. If the tongue blood vessels are stiff, it is difficult to speak, and small bumps appear on the tongue and lips, and there is gum swelling. First, hold your breath and pat with the palms of your hands, visualizing fire blazing from the syllables yaṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Yam) and raṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ram) at the root of the tongue, burning all speech impediments. For discomfort caused by small bumps and blood, mix myrobalan, black rue, lime, and all available Acorus calamus, and hold in the mouth. Hold for a long time, then suck into the mouth and rinse with water. Especially for diseases like whooping cough, use rock salt, lychee, three flowers, or if not found, use tongue grass or mix with ghee and apply. For wind-induced gum swelling, use warm Acorus calamus or hold warm ghee in the mouth, or press with warm oily ointment. For wind demons, use birch bark and ghee made from dog hair to press. If speech is suppressed due to interference from non-humans (spirits), visualize your own yidam's tongue as a five-pronged vajra or a sword, and visualize the light rays of the mantra burning the tormentors like flames. 4-686 Recite Om (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Protect, protect my speech, quickly, Svaha (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: Raksha Raksha Kuru Svaha, Sanskrit Romanization: rakṣa rakṣa kuru svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Protect, protect, act, Svaha). Recite this mantra. The ingredients are: camphor, borneol, musk, birch bark, Ajiangga, and three sweet fruits mixed to make pills, hold in the mouth, chew and rinse with water. If the skin blood vessels are stiff, skin problems such as itching occur.
