Afterwards, if everything is cut off and it becomes very hot, control it and apply the above medicine and it will heal. 4-687 For smallpox diseases such as black smallpox, use a bird's foot-shaped wheel seal, hold the breath, press down and make it shake, and then put small beans into Akshobhya (Tibetan: མི་བསྐྱོད་པ་) and drink the mashed thing in the skull. While holding the breath, visualize whatever appears in the dream being burned by the fire, and when exhaling, visualize the ashes being scattered far away. If not practicing Tummo, transform oneself into one's own Yidam, and from the place where the Yidam resides, on a lotus and sun-moon seat, visualize the Bodhisattva Hanuman, with a reddish-brown body, one face and two arms, holding Mount Sumeru in the right hand and a tree in the left, eyes wide open, baring teeth, tongue in the form of a Vajra, flames burning. Without ornaments, the fire of wisdom blazing on the body. Visualize the five-pronged Vajra at the secret place blazing with fire, burning the harm-doers. Recite: Om Siddha Bandara Mukha, Om Bhete Bhete, Ma Bhete Ma Bhete, Ma Bhisha Ma Sama Sa Hum Phet. Recite as much as possible. Afterwards, recite: Om Na Shukra Dhara Ni Bhadha Mi Si Ha Hi Svaha. Recite one hundred and eight times. If making a medicinal protection, one can use pure red lotus, also called Samapara. Also, blessed urine, ashes of burnt mustard seeds, Guggul, grind these into powder, make pills the size of mustard seeds, and recite the above Shukra mantra one hundred times, one thousand times, one hundred thousand times, or even one million times. Apply the pills to the reproductive organs of Akshobhya, or swallow one pill, visualizing it transforming into a blazing fire seed syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Great Compassion), this can also protect for many days. Alternatively, use a white or black thread spun by a young woman, recite the above mantra, and tie it around the waist, which can also provide protection. The root of the disease comes from two sources, cold ailments and mumps. For cold ailments, one can use nutmeg, cardamom, long pepper, rock salt, edible alkali, potash, kidneys, stone leek, sand, Gentiana macrophylla, mix whatever of these can be found together, with honey or white sugar.
