由于没有死亡的间隔，所以说只有一生。一般来说，身体不仅有前后两个异熟身，而且经历了身体越来越好的多种变化。但是，异熟的血肉之躯在没有中断的情况下发生了转变。因为不是以遗留的方式舍弃，而且没有新取第二个异熟身，所以说只有一个身体。 实际上，智慧身是本有的身体。异熟消尽时，只是清楚地见到它而已，并不是新取身体。而且，智慧身也不是身体本身，所以也不是安立一个或多个身体的基础。 有些人认为，即使获得了佛的智慧显现，不净的身体也没有转变，或者认为这个血肉之躯就是智慧身等等，这是由愚痴所驱使的，并且被许多经续注释所禁止。但是，在这里不阐述破立的辩论。 所谓近道和快速道，现在有些人为了让愚昧的人高兴，说“仅仅理解就能解脱，仅仅听到就能解脱”等等，说了很多深奥的话，这只不过是增强了语言的力量而已。说心与天空等同，现在不戴头盖骨（即不转世）就能获得成佛等等，这纯粹是愚蠢的言论，甚至不值得智者研究。 因此，仅仅通过声闻和独觉的道路无法获得成佛，而且在波罗蜜多乘中需要三个无数劫，在下部续部中也说了八劫、三劫和十（七）世等等，这些都是长远的道路。在一生中成佛也不是在无上瑜伽的道路上，而是在生起次第中阐述的，所以只有圆满次第金刚瑜伽才是近道和快速道。 在其他经续之王中，用金刚语隐藏和秘密的意义，至高无上的最初佛陀在时轮金刚中没有隐藏，而是清楚地显示出来。所谓各个续部的根本续，根本续和解释续两种。

Since there is no interruption by death, it is said that there is only one lifetime. Generally, the body not only has two earlier and later maturation bodies, but also undergoes many changes in which the body gets better and better. However, the physical body of flesh and blood of maturation transforms without interruption. Because it is not abandoned in the manner of leaving something behind, and because a second maturation body is not newly taken, it is said that there is only one body. In reality, the wisdom body is the innate body. When maturation is exhausted, it is merely seen clearly, and it is not merely taking a new body. Moreover, the wisdom body is not the body itself, so it is not the basis for establishing one or many bodies. Some people think that even if they have attained the manifestation of the Buddha's wisdom, the impure body has not transformed, or that this body of flesh and blood is the wisdom body, etc. This is driven by ignorance and is prohibited by many tantric commentaries. However, the debate of refutation and establishment will not be discussed here. The so-called near path and quick path, nowadays some people, in order to please the ignorant, say "liberation by merely understanding, liberation by merely hearing," etc., and say many profound things, which is merely increasing the power of words. Saying that the mind is equal to the sky, and now attaining Buddhahood without wearing a skull (i.e., without rebirth), etc., is purely foolish talk and not even worthy of scholarly research. Therefore, Buddhahood cannot be attained solely through the path of the Hearers and Solitary Realizers, and it takes three countless eons in the Paramita Vehicle, and the lower tantras also say eight eons, three eons, and ten (seven) lifetimes, etc., which are long paths. Attaining Buddhahood in one lifetime is not explained in the generation stage even on the path of Unsurpassed Yoga, so only the completion stage Vajra Yoga is the near path and quick path. In other tantric kings, the meaning hidden and secret by the Vajra words, the Supreme First Buddha is not hidden in the Kalachakra, but is clearly revealed.
