I also do not act, but completely cut off those distractions. The way to settle the mind is simply to maintain the previous state. Also, various thoughts arise one after another, and if they wander for a long time, there will be great faults. However, as soon as this is remembered, one must ensure that this outward wandering does not occur again in the future. When distracted, one must remember and grasp it. From time to time, generate strong aspirations. In a state of not thinking about anything, gather awareness. Repeatedly observe whether the mind is settled or unsettled, distracted or not distracted. In this way, the tendency to wander outward will become smaller and smaller, and soon it will stop. Like this, meditate by engaging in one-pointedness, and at the end, dedicate the merit as before. During breaks between sessions, also maintain the mind's unconstructed state, and do not speak idle chatter. Encourage yourself with physical massage and the whip of food. By meditating like this, whatever experiences arise, such as bodily experiences, verbal experiences, mental experiences, experiential insights, dream experiences, etc., do not exaggerate or prevent these experiences, but maintain a natural state and let them develop spontaneously. (Quintessential Instructions) As it is said: "Do not regard anything as a fault, take everything as an experience. Do not desire warmth signs, etc. Although the absence of practice has been proclaimed, do not indulge in laziness and distraction." It is like this. In every meditation session and break, do not expect to get better, and do not worry about problems arising. Abandon thoughts of violent behavior and delighting in pleasures, etc. Always protect the mind of bodhichitta from degenerating. Clothes, etc., should be appropriate for the temperature, and at night, get enough sleep. Avoid sleeping during the day, and during meditation sessions, put forth effort with one-pointedness and it is best to lengthen the duration of the sessions. The seventh instruction, the instructions on the three solitudes, is complete. At this time, arrange for two or three days of meditation. During that time, if desired, explain in detail the benefits of solitude, the nature of shamatha and vipashyana, and the key points of the three solitudes. In this way, have them thoroughly understand, then teach the practice and give blessings. If they like to combine practice, bestow blessings and also confer empowerment. The method is like the texts separately written by the previous lamas.

It should be known. After that, enter the stage of dark guidance. Watch the guidance repeatedly and correct any points that have not been reached. Removing obstacles and introductions, etc., should be done according to the situation. These are the end of the preliminary guidance of the profound path Vajra Yoga. The order of practicing the actual practice of the profound path Vajra Yoga. Secondly, the order of practicing the actual practice of the profound path Vajra Yoga is: As stated in the Kalachakra Root Tantra and the later Secret Assembly Root Tantra: "Withdrawal and meditation, as well as life force and retention, mindfulness and samadhi, are called the six-limbed yoga." Also, as stated in the Chakrasamvara Root Tantra: "Reciting mantras and meditation, as well as bliss, will also be accomplished." (Here, three fruits of the six limbs are shown, so the cause, such as withdrawal, is also shown.) Also, as stated in the Hevajra: "The yogi who practices the six limbs." And so on, many have said. In short, the six limbs are: the limb of withdrawal, meditation, life force, retention, mindfulness, and the limb of samadhi, these six limbs. If we consider them from the perspective of the four Vajra Yogas, withdrawal and meditation are the Body Vajra Yoga, life force and retention are the Speech Vajra Yoga, mindfulness is the Mind Vajra Yoga, and samadhi is the Wisdom Vajra Yoga. If according to the four limbs of approach, accomplishment, etc., (Withdrawal and meditation are the cause of ultimately accomplishing the Wisdom Body of Union, the yoga in which emptiness manifests as form, and in which appearance and mind appear as inseparable, therefore, these two are the closest path to accomplishing the supreme Body of Union, so they are approach; Life force and retention are the yoga in which impure winds are blocked, making wind and bindu inseparable, therefore, these two are even closer to accomplishing the Wisdom Body than before, so they are approach; Mindfulness is the yoga of accomplishing the deity body of blazing appearance, so it is accomplishment; Samadhi is the accomplishment of the Wisdom Body that completely perfects unchanging bliss, so it is great accomplishment.) Withdrawal and meditation are approach, life force and retention are approach, mindfulness is accomplishment, and samadhi is great accomplishment. If according to the three virtues, withdrawal and meditation are
