Po's words. Seed-syllable self-mind in the head. Haṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), Āḥ(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum)! Crown, secret, and heart with the colors of the moon, sun, and sky. Having gathered the life-force exertion of welcoming and sending into one, Transfer with single-pointed desire to whatever place you wish. It is said that the body key point is in accordance with the general. The central channel inside the body is also as explained above. Inside the central channel, At the crown of the head is a white Haṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) with its head pointing downwards. At the navel is a red Āḥ(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), and at the heart is a blue Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), both with their heads pointing upwards. Visualize the lama or yidam residing above the crown of the head. Hold a breath-control 4-89 exercise. By pressing down the upper air, the Haṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) dissolves into the Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). By drawing in the lower air, the Āḥ(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) also dissolves into the Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). Visualize that Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) transforming into a shimmering, trembling, speckled drop. Again, draw in the lower air. By blowing the upper air out, the drop passes through the path of the central channel. From the crown of the head, it shoots out and dissolves into the heart of the lama. Leave it for a little while, mingling with that and the clear light, signs, and appearances. When that has happened several times, the letters descend from the heart of the lama and visualize them residing in their original places as before. The lama dissolves into the nectar of wisdom and merges into oneself. Also, believe that the Brahma's aperture at the crown of the head is closing. By practicing like that for a long time, signs will arise. And if they do not arise, then even if you do a forced practice of violent wind in accordance with the object of transference, signs will come immediately. If it is too strong and there is a risk of excess, or if there is congestion in the upper body, or a severe headache arises immediately, then from within the central channel, a golden vajra, heavy and endowed with weight, goes downwards. It exits from the anus. It goes with force far under the ground, and visualize it piercing with a thud into the center of a great golden wheel on the powerful golden earth. By meditating on that again and again, it is cleared. The descending and so on are similar to the general. Up to that point, it is the instruction for practicing transference. In the case of applying it to activity, one only does the upward transference and not the downward descending. The practice of violent wind by force should also be done when the occasion arises. In some of the instruction's letters, the A(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) dissolves into the Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). The Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) dissolves into the Haṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). That, having become a speckled drop, remains trembling. Again, by pressing the air at the navel, the letters are arranged as before. Then, draw in the lower air. By blowing out the upper air, with or without a hiccup, it is...

That is, the letters gradually dissolve downwards. That becomes a variegated bindu. It is said to transfer from the crown of the head to the heart of the guru. This visualization 4-90 only shows a clear image. Thus, it is the pith instruction of transference. Visualization fifty-one. Fourth, if the clear light of death is not recognized, and one is not liberated due to weak habituation and short meditation time, then the appearances of the bardo will arise. There, practicing the path will lead to liberation. That also needs to be connected with aspiration from now on. When the appearances of the bardo arise, if accompanied by ordinary clinging, one will wander in samsara. At that time, think: I will practice this. After connecting in this way, whichever of the six branches you mainly practice, practice that. Repeatedly make the aspiration: I will practice like this in the bardo. Sometimes think: This is all bardo. At this time, do not be confused, and maintain this aspiration continuously. Abandon thoughts of attachment and aversion, and practice Vajra Yoga. Sometimes, the characteristics of the bardo are that the body has no shadow, not recognizing relatives and friends, the three terrifying cliffs, the four or five terrifying sounds, the six uncertain gestures, the four paths, etc. If the characteristics of the bardo body and appearances are these, do these characteristics exist one by one now? Are they complete or incomplete? Examine in this way, remember the faults of samsara, and abandon attachment and aversion by knowing that they are unreal like illusions, and practice Vajra Yoga. Especially in between sessions, walking, standing, sitting, lying down, eating, conduct, speech, conversation, relationships with enemies and friends, etc., when various appearances of the vessel and contents world arise, repeatedly grasp them with mindfulness, and it is important to practice these. By practicing like this during the day when awake, they will mostly appear in dreams as well, 4-91 then there is no doubt that practicing the path in the bardo will lead to liberation. Visualization fifty-two. Fifth, gradually train in the three dark rooms. Mix all the circumstances of happiness and suffering. Restore strength loss, etc. to its original state. Train in all enjoyment and conduct. As it is said. That is, first, in a real dark room, signs and appearances always come and are stable.
