English version For hundreds or thousands of days, one's lifespan can extend to thousands of kalpas (kalpa, a unit of time in Buddhism). After death, one will be reborn in the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Like this, bathing vessels, divine threads, rosaries, immortal staffs, flower garlands (huaman, flower wreath), wheels, swords, clubs, mosunni (mosunni, uncertain, possibly a weapon or tool), chanyue (chanyue, ancient weapon), axes, spears (shuo, long spear), bezoar clothing, realgar (cihuang, a mineral, used as pigment or medicine), leather sandals (gexi, leather shoes), mudras (yinqi, hand gestures), vajras (vajra, a Buddhist ritual implement), Buddha's crown, alms bowls (boyu, a monk's bowl), kasayas (jiasha, a monk's robe), futu (futu, uncertain, possibly an object), and so on, can all, like the accomplishment of the lotus, attain three kinds of siddhis (siddhi, accomplishments, supernatural powers). Chapter Three: Achieving the Cintamani Jewel If one wishes to achieve the cintamani jewel (cintamani, a wish-fulfilling jewel), recite the heart mantra five hundred thousand times; this is the preliminary accomplishment. Then, take a sphatika jewel (sphatika, crystal), and following the ritual for accomplishing the lotus as before, place it on a lotus flower during a solar or lunar eclipse. Recite until the appearance of flames; thereafter, all desires of the heart will be fulfilled. Furthermore, dipping a lotus flower in the three sweets (three sweets: honey, brown sugar, ghee) can protect against rain for ten nights. Also, if one wishes to accomplish the bhadrakumbha (bhadrakumbha, auspicious vase), accomplish it according to the previous method. Moreover, there is a method to gain the respect and service of a yaksha (yaksa, a type of deity): dip sumanā flowers (sumanā, a type of flower) in the three sweets and recite one hundred thousand times; the yaksha will then appear (this is siddhi). Furthermore, there is a method by which all sick people, if they see or touch this practitioner, will be healed. Also, if one wishes to remove a headache, visualize oneself as me and rub their head with one's hand. If one is suffering oneself, rub oneself. The same method applies to pain in the eyes, ears, heart, ribs, etc. Also, if someone is ill, have them take medicine after empowering it with seven recitations, and they will be healed. Also, if an infant is afflicted by evil spirits, empower kunati flowers (kunati, uncertain, possibly a type of flower) with twenty-one recitations and scatter them where the infant sleeps; they will be at peace. Also, if someone has leprosy, take a piece of kilimala wood (kilimala, uncertain, possibly a type of plant) ten fingers long, cut off both ends, dip them in the three sweets, and empower it for seven days. Take the ashes and mix them with water, then apply them all over the patient's body, and they will be healed. Burn a total of ten thousand pieces of wood over seven days (Melia azedarach wood is also acceptable). Also, if one wishes for naghasiddhirvasikarana (naghasiddhirvasikarana, uncertain, possibly a mantra or ritual), dip agarwood (agaru, a type of fragrant wood) in the three sweets and recite one hundred thousand times; the yaksha will come and become your brother, sending you five hundred taels of gold every day (the master says to cut the wood four fingers long). Also, in front of my image, offer a white lotus flower with each recitation, up to one hundred thousand flowers, and all diseases will be eliminated. English version: Even up to one hundred thousand times, seven (demons) come to surround the practitioner, saying, 'What do you want me to do?' If you use the affairs of a child to make offerings, offering food to a thousand people daily. Also, if you want Deva Siddhi Rva (天悉底利嚩, accomplishment of the Deva) Shikarana (试迦啰拏, offering), dip Ansica (安悉香, a kind of incense) in three sweets (honey, brown sugar, ghee) and offer protection one hundred thousand times, (the Deva) will come to offer him the affairs of a child, offering food and clothing to the Devas daily. Also, dip a lotus flower in three sweets and offer protection three hundred thousand times, all hidden treasures will appear, and after obtaining them, give them to all sentient beings. Chapter Four: Healing All Illnesses First, in front of the Buddha image, recite one hundred thousand (mantras). Then, take a lotus flower, dip it in three sweets, and offer protection ten thousand times. Next, mix white mustard seeds with three sweets and offer protection one hundred thousand times. All illnesses, even those determined by karma, will be eliminated. Also, if someone is possessed by ghosts or demons, fill four bottles with fragrant water, consecrate each bottle ten thousand times, pour the water from the top of the head, and then bathe. This will remove (the ghosts or demons). Also, if someone suffers from fever and chills for one day, two days, or even four days, mix salt with three sweets and offer protection ten thousand times. Then, take this ash, consecrate it seven times, and apply it to the patient's forehead, and they will be healed. But all illnesses can be treated in this way. Also, if someone is possessed by ghosts, Pisacha (毗舍遮, flesh-eating ghosts), Dakini (荼吉尼, sky dancers), etc., reciting (the mantra) in your heart and looking at them will remove (the ghosts or demons). Also, consecrate the right index finger one hundred and eight times, and wave it at the person possessed by ghosts or demons. (The ghosts or demons) will then speak of their causes, and they will be able to do whatever you want them to do. Also, if you want to ask about the affairs of the three times, choose a virgin boy or girl, bathe them according to the law, paint a small altar, and apply white sandalwood (白檀) and borneol camphor all over their body. Make a garland of jasmine flowers (末利花) and tie it on their head. Recite the mantra one hundred and eight times, and (the spirit) will leave the ground by one elbow's length and speak of the things you ask (Guangzhou has this flower, which is fragrant, white, and sweet, or you can replace it with silver coins, Sumana, etc.). Also, if you want (the spirit) to speak of the affairs of the three times in a dream, dip a lotus flower in three sweets and offer protection one hundred thousand times. Also, if someone is bitten by a snake or suffers from various illnesses, demon illnesses, etc., consecrating them according to the wishes of the practitioner will remove them all. Chapter Five: Reverence and Mindfulness of All Sentient Beings In front of the Buddha image, recite three hundred thousand (mantras) to accomplish the preliminary practice.
