In front of my seat, on the left side, are the seats for the twelve great yaksha commanders. At the four gates, arrange the seats for the Four Great Kings. Then, the summoning is done as described in the scriptures. Here, we do not summon the Wisdom Beings, because this requires a separate explanation of the Action Tantra, and also because the Samaya Beings are not generated at the beginning. Although it is not explicitly stated here which of the Eight Tathagatas is the main one, according to the tradition of the ritual mantras, this occurred during the time of Shakyamuni Buddha, so it is best to make him the main one. In general, each of the Seven Tathagatas is surrounded by a common retinue, generating the support, including the palace, and then making offerings, etc., as they appear in their respective chapters. It is clear that this will become seven complete rituals. However, when creating the mandala where all eight are gathered together, it is reasonable to make Shakyamuni Buddha the main one, as the Chakravartin, because in this realm, the form body, blessings, and activities of the Seven Tathagatas all belong to the activities of the Shakya King. Furthermore, it is impossible for a supreme emanation body from another realm to be the main deity of the mandala, while the master of the teachings of that realm, the emanation body, is placed in the retinue of the mandala deities. The meaning of 'one teaching does not have two teachers' is also here. In the ritual scriptures, when reciting the names of the Eight Tathagatas, it also emphasizes that Shakyamuni Buddha is the teacher. The sutras also say that the Seven Tathagatas, together with their Bodhisattva retinue, appear together with the Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha. Manjushri, in the center of the gathering of the Eight Tathagatas, specifically makes requests to Shakyamuni Buddha. The Bhagavan said, 'By the power of the Bhagavan, we have heard the name of the Medicine Guru Bhaisajyaguru.' Therefore, there is no basis or reason to claim that the Medicine King is the main one of the Eight Tathagatas. When doing so, Shakyamuni Buddha's seat is arranged in the center. Prepare a vase, recite mantras, and then perform the bathing. Although it is not explicitly stated what the mantra and deity are, the one holding the lotus (Avalokiteshvara)...
