For the guardian of karma, perform steadfast offerings, praises, exhortations, and generosity. Do not confuse genuine friends and Dharma holders with the deceitful ones. Use wisdom to discern between authentic Dharma and counterfeit lineages, and true and false treasures. Deceitful ones are sweet-tongued but black-hearted, chattering like monkeys. They pretend to be virtuous and deceive without hesitation. Although you possess the power of profound Dharma, you have lost your autonomy. Not acting according to the command of the dakinis is a cause of futility. Misunderstanding the symbolic language makes benefiting beings difficult, and there are great obstacles to life. The secret friend who dispels obstacles is named Dharma Mati. She is like the eye of a god, adorned with moles on her neck. She temporarily removes obstacles, but the length of life: is uncertain and depends on the dakini herself.
