All Nāgas (dragons), Nyans (fierce spirits), and Sa-bdags (earth lords), headed by the eight great Nāga-rājas (dragon kings), and all Nāgas, Nyans, and Sa-bdags who harm and obstruct us and our retinue, may you be satisfied and pleased by this vast ocean of offering cakes that fulfills all desires. May you pacify your harmful and malicious thoughts, and may you be endowed with the mind of benefit and peaceful Bodhi. Nāga-sa-parivāra-gaccha, Garuḍa-haṃsa-he, cale cale svāhā. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, may this offering cake in a vast and wide vessel made of precious jewels be transformed into a great ocean of nectar. May all wishes be fulfilled as desired. Great local deities! By dedicating this offering torma to you, please do not be jealous, and I pray that you become a helper in virtue. Water Offering: Chenrezig (Avalokiteśvara) who has the crown of the victorious ones (Buddhas), from the palm of whose hand flows a stream of nectar, I prostrate to the noble Chenrezig who alleviates the suffering of hunger and thirst of the pretas (hungry ghosts).
