Again, I beseech the five families of Dakinis of radiant power, together with their retinues, Vajra Samaja (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). I beseech all the Tathagatas to grant me empowerment. Om Vajri Bhava Abhisinca Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲཱི་བྷཱ་བ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྂ།). Empower from the crown of the head with the water of the vase, filling the entire body, purifying all defilements. The remaining water overflows upwards, adorning the head with Amitabha. Om Arya Tare Saparivara Argham (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཪྻ་ཏཱ་རེ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨརྒྷཾ།), Padyam (藏文：པཱ་དྱཾ་), etc., offer as before. Om, Tara Ma (藏文：ཨོཾ་འཁོར་བ་ལས་སྒྲོལ་ཏཱ་རེ་མ།) who liberates from samsara, saves from the eight fears with Tuttare (藏文：ཏུ་ཏྟཱ་ར་), protects from all diseases with Ture (藏文：ཏུ་རེས་). I prostrate to Tara! May she pacify all untimely deaths, including the eight great fears, and increase and stabilize life, merit, and wisdom. Light radiates from the wheel of life at my heart, together with the mantra garland, purifying the karmic obscurations that cause all sentient beings to have short lives, pacifying the obstacles to my own life. May all the siddhis of life from the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, deathless lineage holders, wish-fulfilling jewels, earth, water, fire, wind, etc., appear in the form of mantra garlands and white light, dissolving into the wheel of life, causing my body to be radiant and youthful. Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Recite one hundred and eight times, or as much as possible. Finally, Om Tare Tuttare Ture Mama Ayuh Punye Jñana Pushtim Kuru Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུ་ཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿཔུཎྱེ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Recite twenty-one times. Then, I beseech the Bhagavan to pacify all the sins, obscurations, bad karma, and untimely deaths of myself and all sentient beings, and to increase all life, merit, and wisdom, and to bless us to quickly attain the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra. May I quickly attain the deathless goddess through this virtue, and may I place every single being on that ground. May the deity I have practiced from previous lifetimes, the mother of the activity of all Buddhas of the three times, the white one-faced, two-armed, peaceful one, the auspicious Tara holding a lotus, be auspicious! In all activities, abide in the pride of the Holy Mother, and diligently engage in virtuous deeds such as reading sutras and making Tsa-Tsas and Tormas. This was urged by the goddess and quickly written by the glorious Sakya translator Ananda. May the glory of immortality be attained through this virtue!
