If it is made firm, the three different causes will also become one without difference. In this way, since the result cannot follow the cause, cause and effect are reversed, and self-nature does not exist. This also refutes the Mind-Only school's view that the mind is truly existent. Dependent origination means that due to the aggregation of many causes and conditions, and the mutual appearance with others, things are without substance and without self-nature. The three vehicles are explained with four meanings: the object to be uplifted, the means of uplifting, the path to be traversed, and the meaning of having reached the destination. Among them, the object to be uplifted refers to those who have entered the path of learning. The means of uplifting are wisdom and great, medium, and small compassion. The path to be traversed is the stages and perfections of each vehicle. The meaning of having reached the destination is the ultimate fruition of each vehicle. Among them, what is called Śrāvakayāna, that is, the Hearer's Vehicle of the Small Vehicle, can also be divided into five aspects: the gate of entry, the view of realization, the order of abandoning obscurations, the method of practice, and the ultimate fruition. Among them, the gate of entry is to enter through the gate of the Four Noble Truths, which are: suffering, origin, cessation, and path. Therefore, suffering should be known, origin should be abandoned, cessation should be realized, and the path should be cultivated. Among them, knowing suffering means knowing the four sufferings: the nature of suffering, impermanence, emptiness, and selflessness. Among them, the nature of suffering refers to the three sufferings and the eight sufferings. First, one realizes the Dharma from the perspective of results, and by investigating where old age and death come from, one realizes that they originate from birth. Between these two, there are the four sufferings of birth, old age, sickness, and death, plus separation from loved ones, encountering enemies, loss of possessions, and the suffering of not obtaining what one desires, thus there are eight sufferings. In addition, there are the three pervasive sufferings: the three lower realms are pervaded by the suffering of suffering, the human realm is pervaded by the suffering of conditioning, and the god realm is pervaded by the suffering of change. Therefore, these three and eight sufferings are

It is called suffering. Those sufferings are also impermanent because they are experienced in every moment. Its essence is empty because it is empty of self and other dharmas. Because the self posited by the heretics is not established, it is selfless. Then, examining the cause of suffering, knowing that it arises from arising, one also understands four dharmas in arising: arising, cause, condition, and highly produced. Among them, arising is where all suffering arises from. The cause is formation and existence. The condition is ignorance and craving. Highly produced is that karma and afflictions cause the continuum of the seven bases of suffering to arise greatly. Then, realizing that the suffering of the cause and effect of samsara, the side of all afflictions, is to be abandoned. Examining the side of purification, one knows that there is no suffering in the state of the noble ones. Again and again, examining from the perspective of the result, one realizes the truth of cessation, realizing the four aspects of cessation: cessation, peace, excellence, and निश्चित (Devanagari: निश्चित, Romanization: niścita, Literal meaning: certain). Among them, cessation is called cessation because it ceases both the cause and effect of suffering. Peace is peace because the feeling of suffering is pacified. Excellence is excellence because supreme bliss is attained. निश्चित (Devanagari: निश्चित, Romanization: niścita, Literal meaning: certain) arising is called निश्चित (Devanagari: निश्चित, Romanization: niścita, Literal meaning: certain) arising because it निश्चित (Devanagari: निश्चित, Romanization: niścita, Literal meaning: certain) arises from the three realms. Moreover, knowing that the cause of attaining cessation is the path, one also knows four aspects of the path: path, reason, practice, and निश्चित (Devanagari: निश्चित, Romanization: niścita, Literal meaning: certain) arising. Among them, the path refers to the Noble Eightfold Path. Reason is reason because it is correct and not mistaken. Practice is practiced with diligence and effort. निश्चित (Devanagari: निश्चित, Romanization: niścita, Literal meaning: certain) arising is what causes निश्चित (Devanagari: निश्चित, Romanization: niścita, Literal meaning: certain) arising from the three realms. Having understood this way, meditation is the gate of entry. The view of realization is: the dharmas of all afflictions are only cause and effect, and the dharmas of purification are also only cause and effect, so the agent of the heretics has no function, so one realizes that there is no self in the person. The order of abandoning obscurations is: the obscuration of afflictions is exhausted in one aspect. The method of conduct is to act solely for one's own benefit, just as dirt cannot wash away dirt. So they say. The ultimate result is the attainment of the fruit of an Arhat.
