Furthermore, as it is said, "Apart from the Dharmadhatu, there is no Dharma whatsoever." Therefore, the Dharmadhatu is the noble Manjushri, and therefore he pervades all. He pervades through the door of wisdom; thus, the nature of the Dharmadhatu is merely self-awareness, and all Dharmas also gather into self-awareness, and there is no nature that has not become an object of wisdom; therefore, he also pervades in the manner of wisdom. He also pervades with compassion; thus, when the Dhatu and wisdom are combined, great compassion is also continuous. Similarly, he also pervades with activity; wherever these three Dharmas gather, activity is continuous. Therefore, the minds of the Buddhas and the minds of sentient beings are pervaded by the noble Manjushri; these Dharmas do not come from anywhere, nor do they go anywhere, and although they do not abide anywhere, they are able to benefit sentient beings according to their capacity and inclination. All the names that praise such qualities also become his names. How does the noble Manjushri emanate into all Dharmas? As it is said here, "All forms are the splendor of appearance, various forms are born from the mind," etc., how, according to the power of taming beings, he emanates into various forms including the vessel and the essence, and "crests, braids, willow leaves, matted hair, munja grass, and topknots," etc., he emanates to hold all ascetic practices, and also the characteristics of form, whether it is the Sambhogakaya, or the Nirmanakaya, whether it is a Bodhisattva, or a Pratyekabuddha, whether it is a Shravaka, or the lord of the world, etc., whether it is a beautiful form, or an ugly form, whether it is an old form, or a young form, etc., whether it is a form with afflictions, or a form with exhausted defilements, etc., there is no form of all Dharmas that the noble Manjushri does not emanate into. Therefore, in order to praise such qualities, all the names of praise also become his names. How is it that the noble Manjushri is pleased with all Dharmas? As it is said here, "He rejoices in all things, emptiness"

Like "One who delights in and desires happiness, the great joy of the three realms," and so on. This is because, through the power of taming beings, he shows delight in all dharmas; through the power of compassion, he arises with attachment and joy towards sentient beings; and through the power of wisdom, he arises with attachment and joy towards emptiness. Therefore, all names spoken due to such qualities also become names of his qualities. How is he omniscient of all dharmas? It is said here: "With great wisdom, in an instant, he comprehends all dharmas, he realizes all dharmas." And so on. Thus, all names spoken to show the qualities of being omniscient of all dharmas also become his names. How does he speak all dharmas? It is said here: "The supreme speaker, the king of speakers, the noble speaker, the supreme king, the unshakable lion of speakers." And so on. As long as he is the lord who teaches all dharmas without inversion, all names of dharmas spoken due to that power also become his names. How is he the nature of complete purity of all dharmas? It is said here: "One who has exhausted outflows, one who is liberated from obscurations, one who pacifies afflictions, one who destroys existence, one who has reached the other shore of samsara, one who has crossed the river, one who has uprooted the root of existence," and so on. This is spoken from the perspective of purifying the defilements of dharmas with outflows. Furthermore, there are "holding twelve kinds of purity, holding five pure aggregates, possessing ten pure perfections, holding ten pure wisdoms," and so on. These outflowless dharmas are also shown as the nature of extreme purity from the ultimate perspective. Therefore, in order to show the qualities of complete purity of all dharmas, all names spoken also become his names. How is he the lord of all dharmas? It is said here: "The lord of dharma, the king of dharma," and so on. Like this, he has gained mastery over all dharmas and can control them, and from the perspective of showing him as the king of dharma, the chief, and the master, all names praising his qualities also become his names.
