At the moment of complete illumination, the wisdom of the three secrets of great bliss is greatly enhanced, and the teachings are bestowed in the manner of singing the Vajra Song: The father utters the sound of amazement of great bliss, "Emaho!" (ཨེ་མ་ཧོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: एमाहो, Sanskrit Romanization: emaho, Literal Chinese meaning: Rare indeed!), and the mother responds with "Alalalalalo!" Sanskrit Romanization: alalalalalo, Literal Chinese meaning: Alalalalalo!) in the state of indivisibility in the nature of reality, emptiness. One's own unchanging awareness is the great method of bliss, and the essence of awareness is the wisdom of emptiness, which possesses the supreme of all forms. In the realm of these two, the wisdom of clear light will be directly seen from union or absorption. Secondly, the detailed explanation of the oral instructions is divided into two: the fierce fire of heat and the fierce fire of bliss. The first is from "form as the path" etc., to "make the four forms." In order to realize the wisdom of bliss and emptiness in union by making form the path, first, visualize your own body as the body of Amitayus Padmasambhava, the Dharmakaya of great bliss, free from the clinging to reality, appearing like a rainbow in the realm of emptiness, in the nature of non-self. The body is upright, the central channel is about the size of a small finger, with the lower end reaching the secret place in the shape of half a vajra, and the upper end piercing the crown of the head. The two channels on the right and left are about the size of a small finger, with the lower end converging into the central channel from below the navel, and the upper end piercing the two nostrils. All three channels are white on the outside and slightly reddish on the inside, visualize them clearly. The thirty-two petals of the great bliss wheel at the crown of the head are in the form of method and look downward. The sixteen petals of the enjoyment wheel at the throat are in the nature of wisdom and face upward. The eight petals of the Dharma wheel at the heart are in the form of an umbrella and cover downward. The twelve petals of the emanation wheel at the navel are in the posture of lifting and open upward. The four petals of the bliss-protecting wheel at the secret place, which generate bliss, are straight and slightly downward, and are evenly coiled in the shape of a house. In short, they are also slightly thinner than the left and right channels, as bright as a rainbow, as bright as fire, as straight as a water tree, and as hollow as paper, visualize them with four characteristics. Clear all the winds mixed with the five poisons of the elements within, as in actual practice.

Thus, completely clear away. Visualize the self-radiance of the five pure wisdoms, collecting the essence of the outer vessel and inner essence, and at the same time, hold the upper and lower winds in conjunction. If it is unbearable, press to the left and right, squeeze inward and outward. If it is unbearable no matter what, shoot like an arrow, and until the perfection of the vase breath with four branches, the superior, intermediate, and inferior levels are not achieved, just practice this alone. When you are accustomed to it, the wind blown from the Rotsang path, in the lower abdomen, visualize a ball of fire, clearly visualize the nature of the wisdom mother, and then let the wind of Rotsang touch it, and the flame will burn fiercely immediately. From that flame burning more intensely, visualize it spreading like smoke throughout all the chakras, and then tighten the upper and lower winds. Fill the abdomen like the ocean, then contract, tighten the upper and lower two doors, and practice the vase breath. At this time, perform the lower abdomen bouncing and so on vigorously. Even if you do not visualize and make effort, a burning sensation will arise in the lower abdomen. Gradually visualize the flames filling the navel and heart, and then ignite. As before, perform any visualization such as bouncing. First obtain warmth, and then gradually enter the next stage. Then, starting from the throat, ignite the fire up to the crown of the head, and practice as before. The legs, left and right, the hands, etc., are filled with fire, stretch and slap vigorously, slap left and right, and slap the knees. In the vajra posture, perform lifting and lowering, and stretch the legs to lower. Gradually visualize the inner body, the outer dwelling, and finally visualize igniting the fire in an area equivalent to one yojana. By doing this, warmth with the nature of bliss will arise, burning like a flame. If the senses are very weak, visualize four balls of fire burning in the four directions below the navel, accompanied by a roaring sound, and then perform the four great warmth subjugations. The second is the bliss tummo. Visualization is the same as before, etc., enjoy to the fullest. Visualize the channels, etc., and the fire visualization is as before, in the center of the great bliss wheel on the crown of the head, clearly visualize the nature of bodhicitta. Visualize the bodhicitta bindu with a color like molten moon, with the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) on it, with its head facing down. Around it are the sixteen joys, sixteen bindus shining like sparkling dewdrops, stimulated by the combination of winds, the flames of the fire burning below the navel touch the ཧཾ on the crown of the head.
