As soon as the peacock feather bunch and vajra are used for purification, wisdom rays of light emanate from the bodies of the deities in front, and when they strike you, all illnesses, evil spirits, and sins are collected like iron filings drawn by a magnet, and are purified in front. If performing a bathing ransom, they dissolve into the bathing ransom in front. After saying this, hold the kusha grass, peacock feather bunch, and vajra in your hand, and purify the person being practiced upon from the crown of their head to the soles of their feet. Hūṃ! The wisdom body of all Buddhas, Vajra who completely destroys, By the power of the blessing and compassion of truth, May the illnesses, evil spirits, and obstacles of the body of the one being practiced upon, All defilements, impurities, sins, and obscurations, Be completely purified and cleansed! If you want to elaborate, arrange the substances of the four elements separately in front of the person being practiced upon, purify them with cleansing grass and peacock feathers, and finally circle the person being practiced upon and discard them into the ransom statue, etc. By purifying and circling the substances of the four elements in front of you with illnesses and evil spirits, and then discarding them, all the illnesses, evil spirits, and defilements arising from those elements are completely removed.
