请念诵此仪轨。 ཧོ༔ 药师佛众尊，吉祥稳固寿命力，不变不坏大成就，祈请当下即赐予。念诵三遍。 为了清净相续，在如实安住的会供田、三根本、诸佛面前，念诵此八支忏悔文。 金刚上师，佛陀吉祥！等念诵三遍。 之后，为了成就灌顶之基，请如此观想。 无二见之广阔虚空中，法身明点唯一而圆满，全然明亮不住于任何处，一切方向面容手足皆清晰。 彼即双运智慧之色身，于莲花日月之座上，自明之王大吉祥圆满者，深蓝黑身等同虚空边际。 中央蓝黑色七面乃威猛相，右侧白色七面，左侧红色七面，具有微笑、忿怒、贪恋之姿态。 八根本手，第一双手持刀颅器，其下执持净土与世间，第三手将欲界色界融入明点，其余五手持五大之手印，分支八手亦持刀颅器。 大吉祥威猛，身着尸陀林装束，展开金刚之翅膀，双足跏趺坐。 怀抱母续诸佛母之主尊，深蓝黑色九面十八手，以金刚、海螺、血供拥抱父尊。 显现为普贤如来藏之自性。 心间八瓣莲花宝，如帐篷覆盖之状，莲月上，由ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字化现无量寿佛，白色报身装束，左手等持持长寿宝瓶，充满长寿甘露，右手持多种金刚杵，覆盖于左手之长寿宝瓶上，以金刚跏趺坐姿安住，以报身装束庄严。 心间日月垫上，有绿色ནྲྀ་（藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：男）字，以ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）ཨཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）二字标示。 三处以三字标示。 上师心间之光芒，迎请自生之智慧尊。 于长寿咒末尾念诵迎请智慧之咒语。 ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ།（藏文，梵文天城体：तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：住金刚） 从上师及前方本尊心间，迎请勾召寿命之女神速疾空行母。

In the vast space of non-dual view, the Dharmakaya bindu is uniquely perfected, completely clear and not abiding anywhere, all directions are clearly visible with faces and hands. That is the Rupakaya of the union of wisdom, on the seat of the lotus, sun, and moon, the self-aware king, the great glorious perfection, the dark blue-black body is equal to the edge of the sky. The central blue-black seven faces are in a fierce posture, the seven white faces on the right, and the seven red faces on the left, have the appearance of smiling, wrathful, and attached. The eight root hands, the first pair holds a knife and skull cup, below that they hold the pure lands and the world, the third hand merges the desire realm and the form realm into the bindu, the remaining five hands hold the five elements as hand symbols, the branch eight hands also hold a knife and skull cup. In the heart is an eight-petaled precious lotus, like a tent covering, on the lotus and moon, from the syllable HRIH (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Shame) emanates Amitayus, white Sambhogakaya attire, the left hand in equipoise holds the longevity vase, filled with the essence of longevity, the right hand holds various vajras, covering the longevity vase of the left hand, abiding in the vajra cross-legged posture, adorned with the attire of the Sambhogakaya. In the heart, inside the sun and moon amulet, is the green syllable NRI (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Chinese literal meaning: Man), marked with HUM (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) and AH (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah). The assembly of life-force swift-goers, sparkling like dust motes in sunlight, the vitality of life increasing, scattering, becoming impaired, and the life essence of the ten directions, both animate and inanimate, gathered and dissolved into you and the substances of accomplishment before you. Thus, invoke and summon life as before. Then, take the vase and hold it on your crown. All the life essence gathered within is, in essence, the nectar of wisdom, in form, the complete enjoyment king, red in color, one face, two arms embracing the consort. Both hold a vase of life in their hands. Visualize that as a vajra lid. On the crown, visualize Vajrasattva Amitayus. In the heart, meditate on the root life deity. Visualize sixteen goddesses in the retinue. As nectar pours down from their bodies, it enters from the crown of the head into the center of the heart. Filling the body, it purifies untimely death. Visualize attaining the life of a vidyadhara. HUNG! Auspicious vase, source of life, endowed with the life of an ocean of accomplishments, filling the sky, supreme life, the light of wisdom blazing, great bliss, source of nectar, please grant it now. Purify untimely death and may you obtain a life of a hundred years. OM Āyurjñāna Tshe BHRAM! Abhiṣiñca HUNG! Thus, bestow the empowerment and offer the vase water. Take the life pill and alcohol. By offering the pill composed of the immortal nectar of life and the essence of animate and inanimate things, into the center of the Avadhuti channel, the essence of the great life wind, absorbed into the essence of the indestructible great bindu, may you gain mastery over the immortal, eternal, sacred accomplishment of the vajra wisdom of inseparable body, speech, and mind. HUNG! The accomplishment of life, the essence of the three lineages, absorbed into the bindu of the channel, life, and mind, may the power, blessing, and accomplishment of the indivisible vajra of body, speech, and mind be bestowed. Kāya Vāka Citta Āyurjñāna Siddhi HUNG BHRAM! May the body be filled with immortal life and may you obtain an unchanging, eternal body. Place the life arrow crosswise on the crown of the head. May the body be filled with the immortal nectar of life.
