By the wheel empowerment, may one be endowed with the power to turn the wheel of Dharma, victorious over all demonic forces. The precious jewel of the qualities of the Three Jewels. The powerful and virtuous minister, the precious jewel. May one obtain the heir to the wheel-turning monarch. Om Puruṣa Ratna Abhiṣiñca Mam. The supreme one who teaches the ultimate meaning of the unsurpassed vehicle. With seven beautiful limbs, the color of a lotus. The difficult to tame, powerful elephant, the precious jewel.
