Thus, by bestowing empowerment with the seven precious royal emblems and the eight auspicious symbols, just as a prince is enthroned as king and his subjects come under his dominion, may you receive the complete four empowerments and attain the supreme empowerment to accomplish immeasurable benefit for others! Furthermore, regarding the seven royal emblems, they arise effortlessly from the power of the great deeds of the supreme Chakravartin kings, and they have the ability to expand the Dharma kingdom with dominion over the four continents, including the gods. Offer the seven precious royal emblems and aspire to enthrone you as the Dharma king of the three realms. Hūṃ! The precious wheel with ten aspects, May the wheel of Dharma be turned!
