དུན་དུ་བཞུགས་པའི་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་བསྐུལ། དེ་རྣམས་སོ་སོའི་མགྲིན་པ་ནས་རང་རང་གི་སྲོག་སྔགས་རང་མདོག་འོད་ཟེར་འབར་བ་བྱུང་། སློབ་མ་གསང་བདག་ཏུ་གསལ་བའི་མགྲིན་པར་ཐིམ་པས། རྒྱལ་ཆེན་འཁོར་བཅས་ཀྱི་གསུང་གི་སྲོག་དབང་དུ་གྱུར་པར་མོས། བཻ༔ ཞི་རྒྱས་ ཕྲིན་ལས་སོགས་སྔགས་གོང་བཞིན་སོ་སོར་མ་འཁྲུལ་བར་སྦྱར་ཞིང་སྔགས་བྱང་མགྲིན་པར་གཞག །དེས་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའི་གསུང་སྔགས་བཟླ་བ་ལ་དབང་བར་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གསུམ་པ་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། ཡང་སློབ་དཔོན་གསང་བའི་བདག་པོའི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཧཱུྃ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། མདུན་དུ་བཞུགས་པའི་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་བསྐུལ། དེ་རྣམས་སོ་སོའི་སྙིང་ག་ནས་ཐུགས་རྟགས་རང་རང་གི་ཕྱག་མཚན་གཟི་འོད་འབར་བའི་ཚོགས་བྱུང་། སློབ་མ་གསང་བདག་ཏུ་གསལ་བའི་སྙིང་གར་ཐིམ་པས། རྒྱལ་ཆེན་འཁོར་བཅས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་སྲོག་དབང་དུ་གྱུར་པར་མོས། བཻ༔ ཁམས་གསུམ་རྣམ་པར་སོགས་ཀྱིས་རིམ་བཞིན་ཕྱག་མཚན་སྙིང་གར་གཞག །དེས་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཐུགས་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་སྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་བར་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །བཞི་པ་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་རིགས་གསུམ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའི་བླ་རྡོ་སྲོག་གི་འཁོར་ལོ་སློབ་བུའི་ཕྱག་ཏུ་གཏད་པས། རྒྱལ་ཆེན་འཁོར་བཅས་བསྙེན་ཅིང་སྒྲུབ་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ་དབང་ཞིང་། ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་མཐུ་དབང་དུ་གྱུར་ པར་མོས། བཻ༔ རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལུས་དང་སོགས་ཀྱིས་རིམ་བཞིན་གཏད། དེས་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་བསྙེན་ཅིང་སྒྲུབ་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ་འཇུག་པར་དབང་བར་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ལྔ་པ་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། ཕྲིན་ལས་འཛད་མེད་གཏེར་གྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ལྷ་ཀླུ་མིའི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་ཟས་གོས་ནོར་དབྱིག་རིན་ཆེན་རྣམས་ཕྱག་ཏུ་གཏད་པས། སྣོད་བཅུད་ཀྱི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་སྤེལ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་སྲོག་ལ་མངའ་དབང་བསྒྱུར་བའི་མཐུ་ཐོབ་པར་མོས། བཻ༔ ཞལ་ཟས་རྣམས་ལ་སོགས། དེས་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་རབ་འབྱམས་གང་བརྩམ་འབད་མེད་དུ་འགྲུབ་པ་ལ་དབང་བར་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དྲུག་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ནུས་སྟོབས་རྒྱུད་ལ་བརྟན་ཅིང་རབ་ཏུ་གནས་པར་བྱ་བ་གསང་བདག་གི་བུམ་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཔལ་གསང་བའི་བདག་པོའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་བཞུགས་པའི་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་གྱི་བུམ་པ

Thereby believing that you have the power to approach and accomplish the yoga of the Four Great Kings and their retinues, and that you have obtained the power of qualities. By this, you will have the power to enter into the approach and accomplishment yoga of the qualities of the Four Great Kings and their retinues. Fifth, the empowerment of activity is: The inexhaustible treasure of activity, the wealth of gods, nāgas, humans, and other jewels, such as food, clothing, wealth, and precious things, are given into your hands. Thereby believing that you have obtained the power to control the life-force of the activities of the Four Great Kings and their retinues, such as increasing the wealth of the environment and beings. Foods, etc. By this, you will have the power to effortlessly accomplish whatever vast activities of the Four Great Kings and their retinues you undertake. Sixth, in order to stabilize and fully establish that power in the continuum, the vase empowerment of the Secret Lord is conferred: Invoking the victorious vase in which the assembly of deities of the Blessed One, the glorious Secret Lord, resides.
