་གསལ་བ། །སྤྲོས་མེད་ནམ་མཁའི་དཀྱིལ་ལྟ་བུ། །སྨྲ་བསམ་བློ་ཡི་ཡུལ་ལས་འདས། ཁྱབ་བརྡལ་ལྷུན་འབྱམས་ཆེན་པོའི་ངང་། །བྱ་རྩོལ་མ་བྱེད་ལྷུག་པར་ཞོག །དེ་དོན་རྟོགས་ན་སྣང་སྲིད་ཀྱི། །མ་མོ་རབ་འབྱམས་སྲོག་ དབང་ཐོབ། །ཨ་ཨ་ཨཿ ཞེས་ཉམས་བསྐྱང་དུ་བཅུག །དེས་ལྷ་མོའི་ཐུགས་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་རྣོ་མཐོང་གི་པྲ་དང་མངོན་ཤེས་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ལས་རབ་འབྱམས་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ལ་དབང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་ལྷ་མོ་མཆེད་ལྔའི་སྲོག་དབང་ཟབ་མོ་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། གཞུང་ལས། དེ་ཡིས་སྨན་མོ་གྲིབ་བཞིན་འགོ༔ ཕྲིན་ལས་གང་བཅོལ་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར༔ ཞེས་གསུངས་པས། དེང་ཕྱིན་ཆད་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པའི་སྲུང་མཚམས་སྤྱི་དང་། བྱེ་བྲག་ལྷ་མོ་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་གཏོར་ལ་དུས་དང་རྒྱུན་དུ་བརྩོན་ཞིང་། ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་རྟེན་བླ་རྡོ་བཅའ་བ། གཙང་སྦྲ་ལ་འབད་ཅིང་གྲིབ་ལ་འཛེམ་པ་སོགས་དམ་ཚིག་གི་གནད་རྣམས་ཡལ་བར་མི་དོར་བར་སྲུང་སྡོམ་བགྱིད་དོ་སྙམ་པས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས། གཙོ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར་སོགས་སྤྱི་ལྟར་གྱི་ལུས་དབུལ་རྗེས། དེས་སྨིན་པར་བྱེད་པའི་དབང་རྣམས་གྲུབ་ནས། སླར་ཡང་གྲོལ་བར་བྱེད་པ་ལེགས་སོ་གསུམ་གྱི་གདམས་ཁྲིད་ཞུ་བའི་ཡོན་དུ་མཎྜལ། དེ་ལ་ཐོག་མར་ངེས་ཤེས་བསྐྱེད་ཕྱིར་ལོ་རྒྱུས་བརྗོད་པ་ནས་གཟུང་དངོས་གཞི་ལེགས་སོ་གསུམ་གྱི་དོན་ཁྲིད་རྣམས་འབྱུང་བ་ལགས་པས་སྙན་གཏོད་ཅིག །དེ་ལ་དང་པོ་ཁྲིད་ཚུལ་འདི་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་སོགས། ལེགས་སོ་གསུམ་གྱི་དོན་ཁྲིད་དབུ་ནས་བརྩམ། གོ་འཕང་ ཚེ་འདི་ཉིད་ལ་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་བར་གསུངས་སོ༔ ཞེས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་གདམས་པར་མཛད་པ་བཞིན་ལ། འཕྲལ་མཁོའི་ལག་ལྕིབས་ཙམ་མ་ཡིན་པར་མཐར་ཐུག་མཆོག་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ངེས་པར་ཐོབ་ནས་རང་གཞན་གྱི་དོན་གཉིས་ཆབས་ཅིག་རྫོགས་པའི་གཡར་དམ་བརྟན་པོའི་སྒོ་ནས་དོན་ལག་ཐོག་ཏུ་ལོན་པར་མཛོད་ཅིག །དེ་ལྟར་སྨིན་གྲོལ་ཆིག་རྫོགས་སུ་བསྐུར་ཞིང་ཐོབ་པའི་དགེ་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་རྒྱུར་བསྔོ་བའང་ཆབས་ཅིག་ཏུ་མཛོད། བསོད་ནམས་འདི་ཡིས་སོགས་དང་། ཆོ་གའི་རྗེས་གསང་སྒྲུབ་བཞིན་ཚོགས་བྱིན་རླབས་ནས་གཟུང་། ལྷག་མ་བསྔོས་ལ་སྨོན་ལམ་མཐའ་བར་གཏང་། གཡུ་སྒྲོན་མའི་མཆོད་གཏོར་གསེར་སྐྱེམས་བསང་སྦྱང་། བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཏེ། ཧཱུྃ༔ ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སོགས་གོང་གསལ་རྣམས་སླར་ཡང་བསྐྱར་བས་འབུལ། མཆོད་བསྟོད་ཕྱིན་གསང་སྒྲུབ་བཞིན་བྱས་པས་གྲུབ་བོ།། ༈ །།ཟུར་བཟའི་ཐུགས་དམ་སྐོར་དྲུག་གི་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་སྒྲུབ

明晰。 犹如无为虚空之中心。 超越言说思虑之境。 浩瀚广大，自然而然的状态中。 莫作勤作，放松安住。 若能了悟此义，则能获得显有世间之。 广大母曜的命 权。 念诵阿阿阿阿，令修持。 由此，能经由本尊母曜的心意事业之门，而有权能成办如锐利眼识之明咒及神通等无量事业。 经由彼等之门，能获得五母曜姐妹之甚深命权。如经中所云： “由此能如影随形般遮止女鬼，任何所托事业皆能成办。” 故自今以后，于金刚乘之守护誓言总的方面，以及特别于此母曜之供养食子，应时时精进。安置内外秘密所依及魂石，努力于洁净并禁忌不净等，勿忘守护誓言之要点，如是思惟而随念。 如主尊如何等，如共同仪轨般献曼茶罗后，由此使成熟之诸灌顶成就后，复次为解脱而作三善之教授，为求彼之供养而献曼茶罗。首先为生起定解故，从讲述历史开始，实际将生起三善之意义教授等，请谛听。 其中首先从与此引导方式相关之等，开始三善之意义引导。果位 于此生即可成就，如是广为教诫。如是，非仅是暂时所需之手杖而已，而是必定获得究竟殊胜之成就，并以稳固誓言之系缚，使自他二利同时圆满，而将意义落实于行动中。 如是赐予成熟解脱一次圆满，并将获得之功德回向菩提之因，亦同时行之。以我此福等，仪轨之后如秘密修法般，从会供加持开始，供养残食并作祈愿至终。以绿度母之供养食子、黄金酒及烟供清净加持之。吽 （藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。一同生起之智慧等，再次重复上述而供养。如秘密修法般作供赞后即成就。 六座耳传心要之空行修法

Clarity. Like the center of uncreated space. Transcending the realm of speech, thought, and intellect. In a vast, expansive, and naturally occurring state. Do not engage in effort or exertion; rest freely. If you realize this meaning, you will gain control over the life force of all phenomena and existence. You will gain the life power of the vast array of Matrikas. Practice by reciting "Ah Ah Ah Ah." Through this, you will have the power to accomplish countless activities, such as the swift vision of mantras and clairvoyance, through the activity gate of the heart of the goddess. Through these, you will obtain the profound life power of the five sister goddesses. As it is said in the scriptures: "Through this, you will prevent female spirits like a shadow; whatever task is entrusted will be accomplished." Therefore, from now on, diligently engage in the general protection boundaries of Vajrayana and, in particular, in the offering torma to this goddess regularly. Establish outer, inner, and secret supports and life stones, strive for cleanliness, and avoid defilements. Do not neglect the essential points of samaya (sacred commitments). Think in this way and recite after me. After the body offering, such as "How the Lord," etc., according to the common ritual, after the empowerments that ripen have been accomplished, offer a mandala as a fee for requesting the three excellent instructions that liberate again. First, to generate certainty, listen attentively as the actual instructions on the meaning of the three excellences, etc., arise, starting from the narration of the history. The state will be accomplished in this very life, as it is said. Just as it was extensively taught, do not merely rely on temporary crutches, but definitely attain the ultimate supreme accomplishment, and through the firm bond of unwavering commitment, bring the meaning into action by simultaneously perfecting the benefit of oneself and others. In this way, bestow and receive the complete ripening and liberation at once, and simultaneously dedicate the merit gained as a cause for enlightenment. With this merit, etc., and after the ritual, like the secret practice, starting from the blessing of the tsok (gathering), offer the leftovers and make aspirations until the end. Consecrate the offering torma, golden drink, and cleansing smoke offering of Yutronma (Turquoise Lamp Goddess). Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽).
