With great reverence, acting as described in the texts of various specific activity rituals is the mundane causal refuge of clinging to the object and the agent. And the mind itself is primordially pure in nature, spontaneously accomplished as the Three Jewels and Three Roots endowed with threefold wisdom. Knowing this way, one realizes the inseparability of the object and the agent, which is the ultimate resultant refuge. As said by the accomplished in wisdom: "The mind free from defilement and attainment is the Buddha, the unchanging and stainless is the Dharma, the spontaneously perfect qualities are the Sangha, therefore one's own mind is supreme." As for the arising of bodhicitta, in brief, the support is great compassion, and the supported is the union of the mind of enlightenment, which is the mundane aspiration and application. In terms of the ultimate, all key points are complete by resting evenly in the luminous sphere of reality, free from all elaboration. As it says in the Nirvana Sutra: "Through the distinction of the conventional and the ultimate, there are two types of bodhicitta." The second is, "Purify well from experience and realization," as it is said. In general, since the continuum of ordinary beings has a great mass of the two obscurations and their habitual tendencies accumulated from beginningless time, they obstruct liberation and omniscience. In particular, the only obstacle to the proper arising of the experience and realization of wisdom, which is the actual practice of the path, is the transgressions that contradict the previously accumulated sins. Therefore, with great remorse and regret for these transgressions, taking refuge single-pointedly in the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, who is inseparable from the lama, as a particularly excellent antidote, and in connection with any of the outer, inner, and secret yogas, contemplate the form of the deity. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra, the secret mantra of the essence, along with the visualization of nectar descending and purifying, etc., with the gathering and dispersing of the focus. Confess the sins and transgressions done in the past, and vow not to commit them in the future, purifying one's own continuum well with a strong sense of discipline, making it pure. Furthermore, in the Sutra on the Four Dharmas, it says: "Maitreya, a bodhisattva who possesses four dharmas will overcome all sins that have been committed and accumulated. What are the four? They are: constantly practicing thorough condemnation, constantly practicing the antidote, the power of restoration, and the power of reliance." As it is said, sins

Repentance must be complete with the four powers, and if it is complete, even a mountain of sins like Mount Meru can be purified by one valid repentance. The Sutra says: "Whoever has committed extremely unbearable sins in many kalpas, all of them will be purified by one excellent repentance." So it is said. Here, the power of reliance is: the reliance of the object of repentance is the Lama Vajrasattva, and the reliance of one's own mindstream is to take refuge with one-pointed reverence and not abandon the mind of enlightenment. Also, here one should have the thought of "Please purify the sins and obscurations of myself and others." And be complete with the meaning of the mantra. The meaning of the mantra is: Vajrasattva, uphold the samaya, etc., are words of supplication and urging the mindstream. The power of antidote universally applied is: applying virtue as an antidote to non-virtue, which here is the key points of deity meditation, mantra recitation, and purification of sins and obscurations, etc. The power of aversion is regret for what has been done in the past. The power of restoration or turning back is the mind of restraint in the future. Therefore, if one recites the verses or prose repentance such as "I am ignorant" at the end of the recitation, then these two powers are complete. If one does not recite, and there is no remorse, then the mind of repentance will not arise. Once genuine regret arises, then because one knows the faults, the mind of restraint will naturally arise, this is the nature of Dharma. This is the inner ablution of the unsurpassed secret mantra, so the initial preparation is also extremely important. In general, the benefits of this meditation and recitation are said to be immeasurable. As the Tantra of the Three Words of Intent says: "Having meditated on Vajrasattva, if one diligently recites the mantra, then all sins will be purified, and one will become like Vajrasattva." Also, as the Vajrasattva Song Tantra says: "The self-born bindu, the hundred syllables of the letter I, is the seed of all Buddhas, and destroys all violations." Also, as the Immaculate Repentance Tantra says: "If one recites these one hundred and eight times at one time, then all violations will be fulfilled, and one will be liberated from the three lower realms." Thus, it is extensively said. The third is: "Offering from wisdom to the treasury," as it is said. The noble Nagarjuna said: "From all such seeds, a result similar to the cause arises, without a seed
