In front of. In a place called Rong Gyab, like a hidden small valley, in a family with balanced wealth and poverty. There was a Bonpo mantra practitioner named Sonam Pel, who was skilled in craftsmanship, extremely upright in character, with faith and good intentions, complete with preliminary accumulation practices, well-versed in mind-essence practice, and diligent in recitation. He was my father. My mother, named Tashi Tso, was extremely gentle in nature, patient, with great faith and pure perception, happy to give away whatever she had, and had recited the six-syllable mantra about 125 million times. Although the two of them became husband and wife, they did not have a single descendant. It is said that my clan is actually Kyongpo. Its origin is that from the heart of the teacher Kunsang Rigme Okyi Gyalpo in the upper direction, in order to guide sentient beings, a great Garuda emanated and descended to the six peaks of Gyim Shod Mountain. When the locals saw it, they discussed that a male Garuda had landed on the top of the mountain. After that Garuda flew away, there were four eggs of white, yellow, green, and black colors left under its claws, and four boys emerged from them when the time came. They went to a high mountain in Pwo and used their supernatural powers to observe where they should be subdued. Three of them settled in the direction of Gyim Shod, and from this came the Kyongpo White clan, Black clan, and Golden Tsai tribe. The youngest son, Kyongpak Tromo Yulung, rode to Gyalrong, and from this came the main lineage of Gyalrong Kyong. The mountain where the Garuda sons each departed is also called Kyong Torla. From their lineage, many who went to the sky, such as Lhakyong, Mukyong, and Kyong Go Tokla Bar, appeared for a long time. Gyernam Zutse and others were like a chain of precious lineages that was not interrupted, as well as Kyongpak Tromo, Dampa Kyong Gom, and other Vidyadharas who remained on the ground, just as it was prophesied that eighty accomplished ones would appear among the birds. Mila Repa, Kyongpo Naljor, and other well-known people, as well as Tulku Lodhen Nyingpo, Tokden Tashi Gyaltsen, and others who held the secret treasures of the profound treasures, as well as Rangdrol Lama Lodro Gyaltsen, Acharya Shawa Rangdrol, and others who managed tens of thousands of monks and students in monasteries, also appeared a lot, and they were all descendants of Gyalrong Kyong.

Now, the one called the great accomplished Drakpa Gyaltsen, as a descendant revered as the lama of the great Geling Monastery (located in India), was established in Ronggyap. Among them, Khyunpo Lama Namkha Ozer, Rinchen Lhundrup, Tenpa Namgyal, Tenpa Lhundrup, Tsultrim Choklek, Nyima Tenzin, and others, were all learned and accomplished individuals. Although many such figures emerged in succession, later, due to the influence of the times, most of the lineage was cut off. It is said that Khyunpo Lama Yungdrung Tenzin was my biological father. The time of birth was, in the water bird year of the fourteenth Rabjung (Tibetan calendar cycle), my mother seems to have had some good dreams, but I don't remember them clearly. I remember a vulture coming from the northwest and staying in my own shrine, and a great man giving a khatag and a conch rosary, etc. My body was broad and my complexion was healthy, and I knew nothing of worldly affairs. I was born safely at sunrise on the tenth day of the tenth month, without any pain. For about seven days, I did not suckle, so I was fed with butter. That year, there were continuous hailstorms and crop failures in the area, and grain was very scarce, and there was a famine. But that year, I searched for and planted grain from Dzakhok, and the harvest was very good. From then on, until I was twelve years old, there were good harvests every year. It is said that as soon as I could crawl, I was very particular about hygiene, and my father cleaned up my urine and feces. As soon as I could speak, I often said auspicious words. I remember some things myself. At about four years old, I found a scripture on shamatha (calm abiding) practice, and imitating others, I pointed my finger at the letters and recited them. After I learned to walk, I had an amulet, which was said to require the wrapping of Kunsang Chötri (Samantabhadra's offering cloud), and I always wrapped it except when I was sleeping, and others could not do it. Once I made a gray dress, but I refused to wear it, so I was wrapped in a red cloth, and I wore it after looking at it. In children's games, I always performed empowerments, built temples and shrines, made tormas (ritual cakes) from mud, and only made tormas and performed smoke offerings, and I was very happy to see vases and vajra bells, etc., which shows that I had very good Buddhist habits. In the spring of my fifth year, on an auspicious day, my father taught me the Tibetan alphabet, and I understood it as soon as I looked at it.
