At the throat, there is a red Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: Āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Āḥ) on a lotus. At the heart, there is a black Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: Hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) marked on a crossed vajra, holding the pride of being non-dual with the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas. Recite: Oṃ yoga śuddhaḥ sarva dharmā yoga śuddho'haṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་ཡོ་ག་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་ཡོ་ག་ཤུདྡྷོ྅་ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ योग शुद्धः सर्व धर्मा योग शुद्धोऽहं, Sanskrit Romanization: Oṃ yoga śuddhaḥ sarva dharmā yoga śuddho'haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Yoga Pure, All Dharmas, Yoga Pure, I). The pure recollection is: the red body color is to accord with sentient beings. Nakedness is to realize the emptiness of dharmata, free from fear. The pig face looking to the right is the unchanging ultimate truth. The root face appearing wrathful is the conventional truth of benefiting beings. The hair being loose is not bound by characteristics. The ḍāmaru proclaims the self-sound of dharmata. The khaṭvāṅga is inseparable from skillful means. The curved knife is emptiness that cuts the three poisons. The skull cup is to sustain great bliss. The corpse cushion is to be free from conceptual thoughts. The sun and moon are skillful means and wisdom. The lotus is not stained by the faults of afflictions. Sitting with two legs extended and bent is the inseparability of bliss and emptiness. The five dry skulls are the five families and five wisdoms. The five bone ornaments are not abandoning desirable qualities. The blazing fire is burning the five poisons with the light of wisdom. It is fine to contemplate these meanings in the mind without uttering them in speech. Then, to perform the recitation: In the six-pointed dharma source in the heart, visualize a moon with seed syllables and mantra garland. From there, emit five kinds of rays, offering and pleasing the noble ones. Purify the sins and obscurations of sentient beings and establish them in the state of a yogini. Again, gather and dissolve into the seed syllable and mantra garland, contemplating samsara with joy and gathering. Recite: Oṃ sarva buddha ḍākinī ye hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཡཻ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व बुद्ध डाकिनी ये हूँ फट् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: Oṃ sarva buddha ḍākinī ye hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, All Buddhas, Dakini, To, Hum, Phat, Svaha). Oṃ vajra varṇanī ye hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་ཝརྞ་ནཱི་ཡཻ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र वर्णनी ये हूँ फट् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: Oṃ vajra varṇanī ye hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Coloring, To, Hum, Phat, Svaha). Oṃ vajra vairocanī ye hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ནཱི་ཡཻ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र वैरोचनी ये हूँ फट् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: Oṃ vajra vairocanī ye hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Vairochana, To, Hum, Phat, Svaha). This is the heart mantra. Oṃ sarva buddha vairocanī hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ནཱི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व बुद्ध वैरोचनी हूँ हूँ फट् फट् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: Oṃ sarva buddha vairocanī hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, All Buddhas, Vairochana, Hum, Hum, Phat, Phat, Svaha). This is the near-heart mantra. Perform the verbal recitation, and the mental recitation by focusing the mind one-pointedly on the seed syllable and mantra garland surrounding the heart. The recitation of cessation is to transform the body into a mass of light through the rays of the seed syllable and mantra garland, and to abide in illusion-like samadhi. These recitations should be done as appropriate. If you want clarity, visualize in the dharma source in the heart; if you want non-conceptuality, visualize in the navel; if you want bliss, visualize and recite in the secret place.

No. Reciting it seven million times like that is the approach to the main deity. Oṃ buddha ḍākinī ye buddha vairocanī ye hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). Similarly, Vajra, Ratna, Padma, Karma, combining the family affiliation like that is the general approach of seven million times. The time is three months. When setting a session, the deity's form is like an illusion of appearance and emptiness, and stay with it for a little while. Then, the wisdom being is invited to come forth. The samaya being's dharma origin, together with the seat, dissolves into oneself. That dissolves into the dharma origin of the heart, together with the mantra garland and seed syllable. That dissolves into the nada of the seed syllable. That itself, like clouds clearing in the sky, arises as the deity's form from the state of being free from elaboration and without focus, and dedicate the merit and enter the session interval. During the session interval, one should be diligent in the yoga of recitation, prostration, offering torma, food, conduct, sleeping and rising. The torma ritual is: In a skull cup, arrange a torma made from nine excellent foods, adorned with meat, blood, alcohol, five meats, five amritas, etc., along with offerings. Burn and cleanse the torma with raṃ yaṃ khaṃ. In the skull cup placed on the three-legged stand of wind and fire skulls, the torma substances, the five meats and five amritas, are purified by fire and wind. From the cover that gathers the nectar, together with the moon and vajra, rays of light emanate. From the hearts of all the Buddhas, invite the nectar of wisdom, and through the hollow space of the vajra, it dissolves into the torma, and visualize it as becoming a sea of nectar, white and radiant. Recite oṃ āḥ hūṃ three times. Inviting the torma guests: Visualize all of samsara and nirvana as the form of the venerable mother and her retinue, and invite them by saying pheṃ. Visualize them enjoying the torma with tongues that have vajra tubes. At the end of the root mantra, recite oṃ āḥ ra lli sarva ḍākinī oṃ āḥ hūṃ baliṃta khāhi khāhi three or seven times and offer it. Offer from arghaṃ to shabda. Offer the inner offering with the three syllables. Hūṃ! Mother of true and relative form, The face of the wrathful one is a great laugh, Directly showing the ultimate truth, Goddess free from elaboration, I praise you. The right side is a pig face with a great laugh, Three eyes flashing with red lightning, Purifying all relative realms, Various goddesses, I praise you. Mother with two faces, two arms, and two legs, Abiding in the great bliss of non-duality, Union of two, three
