By knowing the mind as it is, external attachments are cut off; since the mind is not a substance, internal attachments are cut off; since realizing that there is neither inside nor outside, and the essence is emptiness, the attachments of view are cut off; by abiding in clarity without obstruction, the attachments of meditation are cut off; by knowing without hope and fear of good and bad, the attachments of action are cut off; upwards, there is no hope for becoming a Buddha; downwards, there is no fear of samsara; by knowing without hope and fear, the attachments of the result are cut off; by being in a state of dullness, blankness, and stillness, the attachments of experience are cut off; this instruction of decisively cutting off attachments, is the heart advice of Tsogyal, do not leak it to others! Guru Rinpoche said: There is an instruction to perfect the six or ten pāramitās in an instant. Jomo similarly asked her son: Please keep it in mind (tell me)! The mind of abandoning all activities, since there is no grasping at anything, the pāramitā of generosity is perfected; abiding in no birth, the mind itself has nothing to be protected; abiding in no deterioration, the pāramitā of discipline is perfected; the mind itself is uncorrected, in its natural state, without anger, the pāramitā of patience is perfected; without distraction for even a moment from sinking and excitement, the pāramitā of diligence is perfected; regarding the meaning of the mind itself, abiding without wavering, the pāramitā of meditation is perfected; since it is separated from the basis of imputation of terms, regarding that meaning, knowing without confusion, the pāramitā of wisdom is perfected; since it cannot be proven "what is this", self-luminous, the pāramitā of prajñā is perfected; if it does not go beyond the two, hope and fear, it will fall, the pāramitā of aspiration is perfected; since there is no mental activity, the mind itself is self-born, the pāramitā of means is perfected; there is no fear of anything, and it becomes emptiness, the pāramitā of power is perfected. This instruction of perfecting the ten pāramitās, is the heart advice of Tsogyal, do not leak it to others! Guru Rinpoche said: There is an instruction to traverse the five paths in an instant.

Complete without depletion. Since there is no other Buddha to attain apart from the mind, the ultimate path is complete. This is the instruction to reach without traversing the five paths. This is the heart advice of Tsogyal, do not reveal it to others! Guru Rinpoche said: I have the instruction for the complete three kayas within oneself. Jomo requested: Please impart this to your son. The nature of mind, like the sky, remains without movement, is the Dharmakaya. Realizing the Bodhichitta without arising or ceasing, and the wisdom that spontaneously accomplishes without effort, is the Sambhogakaya. The nature of mind, unceasing, with awareness arising without obstruction in great bliss, is the Nirmanakaya. This is the instruction to reach without traversing the realm of bliss of the three kayas. This is the heart advice of Tsogyal, do not reveal it to others! Guru Rinpoche said: I have an instruction for the single cut of the ground, path, and fruition. Jomo requested: Please impart this to your son. The ground, the uncorrected nature, spontaneously present within oneself, is the ground, the primordial Buddha. The path, without distraction in sequence, clear and unobstructed, spontaneously accomplished in the mind, is the path, the manifest Buddha. The fruition, without cultivation or abandonment, the three kayas spontaneously present within oneself, is the fruition, the manifest Buddha. This is the instruction for the single cut of the ground, path, and fruition. This is the heart advice of Tsogyal, do not reveal it to others! Guru Rinpoche said: I have an instruction for not abandoning the nine successive vehicles. Jomo requested: Please impart this to your son. Abandoning attachment, the effort of grasping and clinging is purified in its own place, therefore the mind itself, the six realms, are purified in their own place. The effort of clinging to extremes of eternalism and nihilism is purified in its own place, therefore the mind itself, the eternalism and nihilism of the tirthikas, are purified in their own place. Grasping and clinging to phenomena are purified in their own place, therefore the mind itself, the Shravakas, are purified in their own place. The effort and meditation on dependent origination are purified in their own place, therefore the mind itself, the Pratyekabuddhas, are purified in their own place. The effort of self-awareness and ultimate meaning is purified in its own place, therefore the Cittamatra is also purified in its own place. Establishing truth is purified in its own place, therefore the mind itself, the Madhyamaka, is purified in its own place. The effort of speech and the nature of reality are purified in their own place, therefore the mind itself, the Kriya Yoga, is purified in its own place. The effort of blessings and morality are purified in their own place, therefore the mind itself, the Yoga, is purified in its own place. The effort of differing views and conduct are purified in their own place, therefore the mind itself, the Upaya Yoga, is purified in its own place. The gradual absorption of Samadhi is purified in its own place, therefore the mind itself, the Maha Yoga, is purified in its own place.
