Meditate on a dark blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable, recognize it as the essence of the minds of all Sugatas. In this way, the deity of body, speech, and mind, the deity that is clear as Mahamudra, originally does not need to be sought, spontaneously accomplished, recognize it as the essence of the Buddha. Having understood and practiced in this way, recognize that practicing one Yidam deity is practicing all Buddhas. In this way, when clearly visualizing as a deity, the body does not have aging and decay, recognize that there is no birth, death, separation, or union. These are the recognitions of the body Mahamudra. Now, the recognition of the three seed syllables of speech: the Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) at the crown of the head, recognize it as the essence of the body of the Sugatas; the Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿) at the throat, as the essence of speech; the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) at the heart, as the essence of mind. Recognize that Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) purifies the physical obscurations of all sentient beings in the three realms; Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿) purifies the obscurations of speech; Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) purifies the obscurations of mind. With the purification of the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, three signs of accomplishment arise: Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) brings bliss to the body, recognize bliss as the Dharmakaya; Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿) accomplishes speech, bringing power to speech, recognize sound and emptiness as the sound of Dharmata; Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) accomplishes mind, causing realization to arise in the mind, recognize clarity and non-thought as the Dharmadhatu. When visualizing in this way, three uninterrupted phenomena arise: the breath entering is Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) arises from the crown of the head; the breath remaining in the middle is Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿), arising from the throat; the breath going out is Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), arising from the heart. The essence, the three seed syllables, the continuous arising, abiding, and dissolving of breath, recognize this as Vajra recitation. These are the recognitions of the three seed syllables of speech. Now, the recognition of body, speech, and mind: Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) is the essence of the Nirmanakaya, recognize it as the various thoughts, memories, and movements of consciousness that are present now; Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿) is the essence of the Sambhogakaya, recognize it as the clear and unobstructed self-arising of awareness; Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) is the essence of the Dharmakaya, recognize it as the mind, whose essence is not established in anything, free from elaboration. Furthermore, Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), the essence of the Nirmanakaya, without attachment to various actions, recognize it as whatever arises; Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿), the Sambhogakaya, clear and without grasping during meditation, recognize it as; Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), the essence of the Dharmakaya.
