即使超越了（世俗的）成就，也要谨记心中不要有傲慢之心！如果遇到不幸，需要巫师或苯教徒进行仪式，就要谨记心中这是对大圆满产生了邪见！无论发生什么痛苦，都要谨记心中这是过去业债的轮回，要感到高兴！无论发生什么快乐，都要谨记心中这是三宝的加持！当敌人出现时，要谨记心中这是帮助我生起忍辱之心的朋友！要谨记心中这位朋友是佛陀和菩萨们派来的！当亲人慈爱地表达关怀时，要谨记心中这是轮回的枷锁！要谨记心中这个枷锁是被魔所阻碍的！无论看到三界中的哪个众生，都要谨记心中他们是我的父母！对于父母在轮回中漂泊，要谨记心中四无量心！要谨记心中所有这些需要忆念的事情，都需要我来忆念！无论发生什么快乐的享受，都要谨记心中这是欺骗的魔！要谨记心中这个魔比毒蛇更可怕！即使今生圆满，也要谨记心中这只是短暂的一瞬间！要谨记心中为了这一瞬间，而为世间所做的一切都是被迷惑所折磨！要谨记心中必须放下所有的领地和王权，以及所有的享受而离去！要谨记心中在那时，不是佛法绝对没有任何帮助！在死亡的时刻，即使有上师和众多的眷属，也要谨记心中自己必须独自离去！要谨记心中现在就必须寻找那个时刻的伴侣！当出现障碍的魔障时，要谨记心中这是善知识的教导！要谨记心中这位上师恩重如山，必须以珍爱之心侍奉，不可分离！当身体生病时，要谨记心中这是引导我走向菩提道的皈依处！要谨记心中这个皈依处在平凡的状态下，无论何时都无法避免生病！要谨记心中执着于身体血肉之躯的鬼神已经进入了内心！要谨记心中对于进入内心的鬼神，必须毫不松懈地将它驱逐出去！要谨记心中这个显现如同梦幻泡影一般！

Even if you transcend (worldly) achievements, remember in your heart not to have arrogance! If you encounter misfortune and need a shaman or Bon practitioner to perform rituals, remember in your heart that this is a wrong view arising towards Dzogchen! Whatever suffering arises, remember in your heart that it is the cycle of past karmic debts, and be happy! Whatever happiness arises, remember in your heart that it is the blessing of the Three Jewels! When an enemy appears, remember in your heart that this is a friend helping me to generate patience! Remember in your heart that this friend was sent by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! When loved ones express affection with kindness, remember in your heart that this is a chain of samsara! Remember in your heart that this chain is obstructed by demons! Whichever sentient being you see in the three realms, remember in your heart that they are my parents! Regarding parents wandering in samsara, remember in your heart the four immeasurables! Remember in your heart that all these things that need to be remembered need to be remembered by me! Whatever happy enjoyment arises, remember in your heart that it is a deceiving demon! Remember in your heart that this demon is more terrifying than a poisonous snake! Even if this life is perfect, remember in your heart that it is only a brief moment! Remember in your heart that for this brief moment, everything done for the sake of this world is tormented by delusion! Remember in your heart that you must leave behind all territories and kingdoms, and all enjoyments! Remember in your heart that at that time, anything other than Dharma will absolutely not help! At the time of death, even if there is a master and many attendants, remember in your heart that you must go alone! Remember in your heart that you must seek a companion for that time now! When obstacles and demonic hindrances arise, remember in your heart that this is the teaching of a virtuous teacher! Remember in your heart that this teacher is immensely kind, and you must serve them with cherished care, inseparable! When illness arises in the body, remember in your heart that this is a refuge leading me to the path of enlightenment! Remember in your heart that this refuge, in its ordinary state, cannot avoid illness at any time! Remember in your heart that the demon clinging to the body of flesh and blood has entered the heart! Remember in your heart that for the demon that has entered the heart, you must expel it without negligence! Remember in your heart that this appearance is like a dream and an illusion!

请您忆念无自性！因为不了解无自性，忆念一切自他皆是错觉！忆念必须当下将错觉转为法性！忆念若不当下扭转，以后必须无止境地流转轮回！忆念因此在轮回中感受难以忍受的痛苦！因此忆念放下一切其他事务，唯独修行佛法！忆念若如此行持，将会返回轮回！忆念若返回，大乐将无间断地在自身生起！如果君主不忆念如此教诲，请忆念巫师的歌舞吧！如此说道，君主当下脱离疾病，也生起了极大的信心！之后，君主对佛法生起信心，向导师请教：大导师啊！无论修持导师所说的哪一部分，都会同样产生加持吗？导师说道： 唉玛吙！君主啊，如果如法修行佛法，加持自然会猛烈生起，这本来就是法性啊！而且，如果相续中依止慈爱，自然会令一切众生喜悦；如果相续中依止悲悯，自然会被众人如子般疼爱；如果相续中依止舍，自然不会有敌友偏袒；如果相续中依止喜，自然会与一切行为相符；如果断除伤害他人的心，自然会减少对自己的伤害；如果相续调柔且慷慨大方，自然会聚集眷属；如果没有嫉妒和傲慢，自然会减少背后的议论；如果放下世俗事务和工作，自然会减少过失；如果从欲望中转变心意，自然会聚集食物和财富；如果守护戒律清净，自然能随意驾驭自心；如果了解轮回的特性，自然会从世间中转变心意；如果没有任何贪求，自然会本自具足顺缘；在进入甚深法性之时，障碍的因缘增多是法性；如果与善良的上师交往，功德自然会猛烈增长；如果对三宝的虔诚心不间断，即使不祈请加持

Please remember the lack of inherent existence! Because of not understanding the lack of inherent existence, remember that all self and others are illusions! Remember that you must turn the illusion into Dharmata right now! Remember that if you don't turn it around right now, you will have to wander in samsara endlessly in the future! Remember that because of this, you will experience unbearable suffering in samsara! Therefore, remember to let go of all other affairs and only practice the Dharma! Remember that if you do this, you will return to samsara! Remember that if you return, great bliss will arise in yourself without interruption! If the sovereign does not remember such teachings, please remember the songs and dances of the shaman! So he said, the sovereign was immediately free from illness and also gave rise to great faith! After that, the sovereign developed faith in the Dharma and asked the teacher: Great teacher! No matter which part of the teacher's teachings I practice, will the blessings arise in the same way? The teacher said: Emaho! Lord, if you practice the Dharma according to the Dharma, blessings will naturally arise strongly, which is originally the nature of Dharma! Moreover, if you rely on love in the mindstream, it is natural to please all beings; if you rely on compassion in the mindstream, it is natural to be loved by everyone like a child; if you rely on equanimity in the mindstream, there will naturally be no partiality between enemies and friends; if you rely on joy in the mindstream, it is natural to be in harmony with all behaviors; if you abandon the intention to harm others, it is natural to reduce harm to yourself; if the mindstream is gentle and generous, it is natural to gather retinues; if there is no jealousy and arrogance, it is natural to reduce backbiting; if you let go of worldly affairs and work, it is natural to reduce faults; if you turn your mind away from desires, it is natural to gather food and wealth; if you keep the vows pure, it is natural to be able to control your mind at will; if you understand the characteristics of samsara, it is natural to turn your mind away from the world; if there is no greed, it is natural to have complete favorable conditions; when entering the profound Dharmata, it is the nature of Dharma that the causes of obstacles increase; if you associate with a good lama, merits will naturally increase rapidly; if your devotion to the Three Jewels is uninterrupted, even without requesting blessings
