As it reaches, it goes unhindered through the five elements. Speech is like the speech of a mute child, whatever is said benefits others and makes them believe. The mind is like a person cured of leprosy, gaining confidence without regressing in the three realms. Fourth, the three signs of the exhaustion of dharmata are: the body is like a corpse in a charnel ground, even surrounded by a hundred executioners, there is no fear. Speech is like an echo in a valley, the essence of speech is exhausted, it repeats after the words of others. The mind is like a mist in space, the basis of habitual patterns is invisible, and it is self-liberated. Third, fixing with the three nails of attainment: At this time, having gained freedom over birth, entry, and the three—wind and mind—if desired, one can benefit beings with the body of great transference until samsara is empty, or abide in the primordially pure sphere as the inner-radiant youth in a vase body, or liberate three thousand sentient beings who have committed the five heinous crimes, etc., by implanting awareness, so that they are liberated equally with oneself, etc., one is capable of doing so. Fourth, showing the warmth of the four confidences: Among the four confidences, the two upward confidences are: even hearing the qualities of the Three Jewels, there is no hope of attaining them, nor doubt of not attaining them, because one has realized that there is no Buddha other than one's own awareness. The two downward confidences are: even hearing the suffering of the six realms, there is no hope of not falling into samsara, nor doubt of falling, because one has known that one's own awareness is primordially without error, therefore one has decided that there is no one wandering in samsara. The third root, explaining the practice and liberation of the four yogas, the subsequent order of the final limit has two parts: practicing with the four yogas, and indicating the fruit with the way of liberation. The first is: From "Lamp Illuminating": "The measure of seeing is like a mountain standing firm. The measure of meditating is like an ocean standing firm. The measure of conduct is like appearance standing firm. The measure of awareness is like the fruit standing firm. The yogi who possesses the four measures, blends his mind with the definitive meaning." Thus, seeing, meditating, conduct, and fruit must be done as yoga, therefore, the nature of each of these, the way of realization, the exact meaning, the divisions, the practice, and the characteristics are extensively explained in other texts, but here only the way of practicing them is explained. Seeing is: by looking at the appearance of external objects, seeing everything as illusion, then confusion is purified in its own place, and afflictions are liberated in their own place. Thoughts that move internally are cut through immediately.

By looking in that way, various thoughts naturally dissolve like mist in the sky. By looking at the secret luminosity, there is not even the grasping that keeps the phenomena and the nature of reality in a state of unborn transcendence of thought. Because there are no letters, there is no view, so there is nothing to look at. One should know this inaction of view. Thus, if one understands the meaning of non-dual view, in the meaning of viewing, there is naturally nothing to be viewed. It is neither existent nor non-existent, one should abide in the state of luminosity. As it is said. As for practice: First is the four-session yoga with object of focus, namely morning, afternoon, evening, and dawn. That is, from dawn until sunrise, one should do recitations and reading, etc. From sunrise to noon, one should practice Tögal, and at noon, one should do prostrations and circumambulations, etc. In the afternoon, one should practice Tögal, and in the evening, one should perform the order of Torma and Dharma practice. In the first part of the evening, meditate on death and impermanence. In the middle, practice the generation stage and recitation. At noon, sleep. In the first part of dawn, pray to the Lama. In the middle, practice Trekchö. In the end, practice the Tummo of bliss and emptiness. At the beginning of all sessions, generate Bodhicitta, the main part is non-objectification, and at the end of the session, dedicate and make aspirations. Secondly, a person without object of focus should not deviate from Trekchö and Tögal day and night. That is, during the day, one should study the meaning of luminosity. First, with the viewing method of the Nirmanakaya, one should fix the eyes on the sun at a distance of one cubit without moving the eyes. In the center of the rainbow light of the lamp of the completely pure realm of space, visualize the lamp of empty Thigle like an umbrella, in which the Vajra chain appears, and look at it for a while. Then, with the viewing method of the Sambhogakaya, one should slightly separate the eyes from the sun from the side and look to the right. Then, with the viewing method of the Dharmakaya, one should fix the upper and the other two (right side) respectively to the lower and the front, and look at them as one pleases. One will see the light of the realm of space appearing in five colors, about one cubit high, the light of the lamp appearing as round Thigle, and the light of awareness appearing as a subtle and flowing Vajra chain. Even if one looks like that, if one does not see the Thigle of the realm of space, it is essential to look with both eyes together. After seeing it, lead it to the side. No matter how one looks, one should look upwards like a lion.
