Visualize something the size of a pea. When exhaling, visualize the vajra going far away from the nostrils. When inhaling, visualize it rising like fire inside the crown of the head, and focus on the comfort of the body, holding the breath as much as possible. Then, if the discursive thoughts diminish, visualize the vajra getting closer and closer, eventually reaching about sixteen fingers from the tip of the nose, and practice the inner flow. It is very important that both exhaling and inhaling are prolonged. If the body feels comfortable, that is a sign of proficiency. Fifth, learning the practice of vase breathing: Breathe as before several times, now practice the three steps of inhaling, filling, and suppressing. When practicing, visualize the wind vajra inside the crown of the head dissolving, everything dissolving, and transforming into the nature of the letter ཧ(Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: देवनागरी,IAST: ha, Chinese literal meaning: ha)at the navel, abiding as one. Visualize the navel being filled with wind like fire, and tightly contract the lower gate. Visualize the wind and the entire body disappearing like mist. When exhaling, visualize the wind and mind merging with the sky, becoming empty and clear, and practice mixing with non-discrimination. In this way, if one does not feel the existence of the body, and is proficient in where the wind goes, and does not think of food and clothing, and thoughts naturally cease, etc., whatever merits arise are signs of accomplishment. There are two purposes for this: to temporarily cut off attachment to the world, and ultimately to quickly attain merits that transcend the world. If one is not proficient in the key points of wind, there will be faults contrary to that. Second, learning about the bindu with desire, there are two types: relying on a consort and meditating on the bliss of one's own body, wind, and mind. The first is learned elsewhere. The second is meditating on the bliss of one's own body, wind, and mind, which has four aspects: clearly establishing the three channels and practicing tummo, descending the burning drops of tummo, dissolving and transforming the deities of the three chakras into bindu, and dissolving and transforming the deities of the five chakras into bindu. The first is: placing the body in the bondage of the six fire hearths, visualizing the body as emptiness as before, in the center, the central channel is like a pillar, the upper end inserted into the crown of the head, the lower end located four fingers below the navel. The two side channels, left and right, do not touch each other, are about the size of buckwheat, and abide in the channels of empty, clear light.

The upper ends of the two channels penetrate the two nostrils from inside the brain. The lower ends are four fingers below the navel, connected to the central channel, shaped like the curved part of the Tibetan letter "གསུམ་ (sum, three)." At the junction four fingers below the navel, visualize the Tummo (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ་), in the form of a short "ཨ་ (a)" letter, with a hot touch and clear color. From the two channels, stir the wind, and the flame burns and reaches the navel. Similarly, it reaches the heart. Throat. Up to the crown of the head, filled with the fire of wisdom. Think of the body as comfortable and warm. Second, Tummo burns and drips bindu: Again, the body posture is as before. Clearly visualize the three channels. Visualize the upper end of the central channel, on the moon disc at the crown of the head, with a white "ཧཾ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum)" letter, head pointing down. As before, the Tummo fire burns, hitting the "ཧཾ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum)" letter on the crown of the head. From it descends bodhicitta nectar. Filling the crown of the head... Recognizing the wisdom of joy. Ignite the fire again, and the nectar descends. Filling the throat... Recognizing the wisdom of supreme joy. Similarly, in sequence: Heart... Recognizing the wisdom of joylessness. Up to the navel filled... Recognizing the wisdom of innate joy. The whole body is filled with white liquid, and with the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, the body feels comfortable. Abide in this state. Third, dissolve the deities, father and mother, of the three chakras into bindu: Again, the body posture is as before. Clearly visualize the three chakras in the three channels. Visualize Vairochana, father and mother, in the crown chakra. Visualize Amitabha, father and mother, in the throat enjoyment chakra. Visualize Vajrasattva in the heart dharma chakra. As before, stir the Tummo fire, melting into bindu. Visualize the light of the bindu filling the upper and lower body, even every pore, and then abide in it. Fourth, dissolve the deities, father and mother, of the five chakras into bindu: The body posture is as before. Clearly visualize the five chakras in the three channels. Visualize Vairochana, father and mother, in the great bliss chakra at the crown of the head. Visualize Amitabha, father and mother, in the enjoyment chakra at the throat. Visualize Vajrasattva, father and mother, in the dharma chakra at the heart. Visualize Ratnasambhava, father and mother, in the emanation chakra at the navel. Visualize Amoghasiddhi, father and mother, in the pleasure-guarding chakra at the secret place. As before, ignite the Tummo fire, gradually transforming into bindu, those bindus dissolve into light, filling all the chakras.
