Moreover, the view and practice are united, although the sound is the same as the lower vehicle, the meaning is superior. In the "Heart Treatise" it says: "After the preliminary practice is complete, listen to this treatise of the heart." Therefore, it can be believed. The second special preliminary practice is: Relying on the meaning explanation of the Guru Yoga, subdue one's own mind stream with blessings, and explain the pith instructions like ice melting in fire. The essence is the method of self-awareness appearing as the Guru, the definition is to make the Guru's mind, Dharmakaya reality, and self-awareness merge without distinction, and the classification is threefold: supplication, yoga, and practice. For example, like a mother who cannot bear a child crying, praying to the Nirmanakaya and being taken by compassion; like fire melting ice, practicing the Sambhogakaya and purifying afflictions and habitual tendencies; like water merging into water, using the Dharmakaya yoga to make self-awareness and the Guru merge without distinction. There are four ways to practice: approaching the Guru as the Nirmanakaya, practicing as the Sambhogakaya, combining activities with the Dharmakaya, and perfecting the signs and transforming activities. The first is: oneself, like the time of the blessing of the powerful Hayagriva deity, clearly visualize. On the top of its head, on the great lotus petal throne and the lotus sun and moon stacked seat, the kind root Guru, with a strong body, radiant and wearing monastic robes, wearing a lotus soft hat on his head, wearing Dharma clothes on his body, uniting with the self-appearing wisdom consort, sitting in the vajra posture. Holding a vajra in his right hand and a bell in his left hand resting on his waist, visualize clearly. Everything above the top of its head, on the lotus sun and moon seat, in order, is: Omniscient Dorje Ziji, fully equipped with a Bhikshu's attire, wearing a red Pandit hat on his head, with a large radiant body and piercing eyes, holding a bunch of উৎপལ་(藏文:ཨུཏྤལ་,梵文天城体:उत्पल,梵文罗马拟音:utpala,汉语字面意思:乌 উৎপལ་)flowers marked with the Dharma teaching mudra in both hands. On the top of its head is Drolton Jamyang Chokyi Gyaltsen, the body is tall and majestic, youth has passed, wearing white mantra practitioner's attire, hands in Dharma teaching and meditation mudras. On the top of its head is Pangton Pema Tshewang, a mantra practitioner in ordinary monastic attire, in his prime, hands in meditation mudra. On the top of its head is Chagzam Tendzin VII Yeshe Lhundrup, wearing monastic robes and a beard, wearing a Pandit hat.
