The practice of the path of Mado Tögal manifestation is, this is superior to the previous one by seven special features. What are the seven? The special feature of the appearance of light, the special feature of practice integrated into practical application, the special feature of the manifestation of one's own essential point, the special feature of the body's essential channels, the special feature of seeing faculties, the special feature of self-awareness of the object, the special feature of the increase of experience. These seven are superior to others. The instruction with these special features, when actually practicing, there are two preliminaries, common and uncommon. After diligently practicing the common and uncommon preliminaries, it is necessary to obtain stability in the special decisive practice. The methods of practicing those have been mentioned before. The way to perform the ninefold activities separately is, from "After Death": "Abandon all external and internal activities," and from "Clear Space": "In order to manifest the essential point, external, internal, and secret activities are: abandon the ninefold activities of body, speech, and mind." Therefore, in terms of the body, all external worldly deluded actions and distractions are abandoned. Internal prostrations and circumambulations, etc., and inferior virtuous deeds, and secret distracted movements are also abandoned, and one stays alone. In terms of speech, all kinds of external worldly deluded speech, internal recitations and repetitions, etc., and secret all speech are abandoned and one should abide. In terms of mind, all external worldly deluded thoughts, internal various fixations of generation and completion, and secret all activities of conceptual thoughts are abandoned, and one should abide in non-conceptuality. Second, there are three key points to manifesting uncontaminated wisdom directly within oneself. From "Inversion": "Manifesting the key point is body, speech, and mind, each of their key points should be well controlled, that is also the three bodies of the body, one should not constantly transgress," and from "Clear Space": "Even if awareness abides in the object, if it is not controlled by the wheels, wisdom cannot appear as a faculty." Therefore, the posture of the Dharmakaya, like a lion, is: sit on a cushion, with the soles of the feet together, knees outward, hands pressing the root of the index finger with the thumb, vajra fists placed on the ground next to the heels, arms straightened, waist straightened, abdomen pushed forward, upper body straightened.

Then, pull the shoulders upwards. Slightly raise the neck. The eyes should not move their pupils, nor should the eyelids flutter; relax the gaze and look upwards as if gazing at the crown of the head, slightly gazing at the space between the eyebrows. Curl the tip of the tongue slightly upwards. By doing this, the inner elements are temporarily balanced. Ultimately, it is necessary to realize the meaning of the true state. Then, the second is the Sambhogakaya posture, like an elephant lying down: Sit prostrate on the mat, with knees close to the chest. Place the elbows on the ground at the base of the knees. Support the neck with the palms of both hands, fingers touching the cheeks. Straighten the arms and spine. Support the left and right hips with the soles of the feet. It doesn't matter whether the eyes look to the left or right with the corners of the eyes. Slightly raise the head, and look askance as if an archer is straightening an arrow shaft. This temporarily controls the moving winds. Ultimately, it is necessary to manifest the meaning of the spontaneously accomplished five lights. Then, the third is the Nirmanakaya posture, the sage's squat: Sit squatting on the mat with the ankles of the feet aligned. Either clasp the knees with the hands clasped together, or embrace the calves and place them on the knees, whichever is comfortable. Straighten the spine and pull the shoulders upwards. The eyes, in the manner of a sage meditating, gaze dimly into space. This temporarily generates warmth in the body. Ultimately, it is necessary to manifest illusions in the pure land. By doing so, the first posture purifies the elements by returning them to their natural state. The second controls the moving winds. The third generates warmth and balances the elements. Ultimately, one is liberated into the three kayas and enters nirvana. As it is said in the Thallgyur: "The Dharmakaya posture, like a lion's, frees one from all fears of delusion, and one sees with the vajra eye. The Sambhogakaya posture, relying on the elephant lying down, enjoys the meaning of dharmata, and one sees with the lotus eye. The Nirmanakaya posture, relying on the sage's squat, dharmata's appearance naturally manifests, and one sees with the dharma eye." Thus it is said. This is the body of awareness and wisdom.
