Kyilmo Trung and others said: Practicing the body benefits the mind. That is, go to a smooth and comfortable place where the ground is not hard, solid, bumpy, etc. Then, put the two soles of the feet together and plant the ten toes on the ground. Extend the knees outwards. Stack the vertebrae and pull the back of the neck, pressing the Adam's apple on the throat. Join the palms of the two hands together, without touching the crown of the head or going straight, bend the elbows and tighten the four fishes. Stare intently at the space directly in front of the eyes. The key to the mind is to think of one's own body as a five-pointed golden vajra radiating light, without deliberately clinging to it, and maintain that physical posture as long as possible. If you can't, release the body with the sound of 'Hal' in your mouth, lying on your back like a corpse in a cemetery, without any adornment. Imagine your own awareness emerging from the Brahma hole and mixing with the sky, and leave it naked in a non-conceptual state, meditating for a longer time. Then repeat as before, and practice in this way. By striving in this way, warmth will arise in the body, flesh will increase, pain will arise in the body, the body will be unable to maintain its posture, and the mind will remain still in a non-conceptual state. At that point, it is said to be a sign of familiarity. In general, it purifies the sins and obscurations of the body and pacifies the obstacles of demons and hindrances. In particular, by reversing the attachment to the body, one will not enter samsara later. Ultimately, one will attain enlightenment as a Vajra Body, a manifestation body. The second preliminary practice of speech is: From Thalgyur: 'Speech resides as Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Two things: expanding and practicing. By seeking gentleness and placing it on the path, in this way, practicing speech benefits the mind.' That is, there are four: expanding, practicing, seeking gentleness, and placing it on the path. The first also has two: expanding on the outer appearance and expanding on the inner aggregates. The first, expanding on the outer appearance, is: On a comfortable seat, straighten the body in the seven-point posture. The key to the eyes is to keep them unwavering, staring straight ahead into space without blinking. The key to speech is to keep the lips and teeth slightly apart and let the breath flow naturally. The key to the mind is to first visualize a blue, clear, and radiant Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable in your heart, as large or small as is comfortable, and then hold the mind on it for a moment. Then, from that point, say Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) H

Hūṃ hūṃ, reciting the song of hūṃ, the sound melodious and long, resounding in the emptiness, reciting to the extent that the breath can endure, from that hūṃ, many hūṃs like that burst forth. They emerge from the gap between one's own lips, almost without touching. First, one's outer wall, the house where one lives, the city, then the region, and finally the three thousand great thousand worlds, etc., thinking that even in an unimaginable range, they are filled with the blue flames of hūṃ, flickering and shimmering. Thinking that all of these individually emit the self-sound of hūṃ, buzzing like a broken beehive. Everything dissolves into the nature of hūṃ, shimmering and dissolving, and remains in this state for a moment. Second, expanding within the internal aggregates, again hūṃ hūṃ, reciting the song of hūṃ, the sound melodious and long, as before, those hūṃs come towards you like blue flames, pressing down one after another, entering from between your own lips, filling your entire body from the toenails to the crown of your head. For example, just as a cloth bag is filled with rice grains, thinking that the inside of the body is completely filled with hūṃ, blue flames flickering and shimmering. At that time, without the appearance of a physical body of flesh and blood, thinking that one's own body is empty and clear, swaying in the air, holding one's breath for a moment. Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning: snap), naturally, in a state of non-fabrication, calmly remain for a moment. In this way, external appearances and internal aggregates will be liberated from selflessness. Second, practicing power, divided into practicing power on external appearances and practicing power on internal aggregates. First, practicing power on external appearances: In one's own heart, visualize a dark blue hūṃ syllable, possessing four characteristics such as heat and roughness. That is, heat like a flame, speed like lightning, sharpness like a razor, power like thunder. The size is arbitrary, and any comfortable image that comes to mind is clearly manifested. When it is clearly manifested, recite hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ in the mouth, a short and intense hūṃ, full of power, from the hūṃ in the heart, many hūṃs with those four characteristics burst forth, the size suitable for any place. First, whatever object one's eyes see, just as a spark falls on paper, the hūṃ burns it upwards into ashes, burns it downwards into ashes, burns it over there into ashes, burns it over here into ashes, piercing through everything, making the sesame seed that forms the object
