Okay. In particular, one should strive until the thought arises that one's own body, like a wiped crystal ball, has become white and clear from the clinging to the three doors (body, speech, and mind). The necessity of doing so is, as stated in the Thal 'gyur: "The clear light awareness has two aspects, explained through the distinction of common and supreme." And as stated in the Klong gsal: "The preliminaries of body, speech, and mind, should be known to have three necessities: common, special, and ultimate." Therefore, the seeds of sin of the three doors of body, speech, and mind, as well as its obstacles, and the habitual tendencies of clinging to it, being purified and pacified from the root, is the common necessity. The cessation of clinging to the three doors of body, speech, and mind, so that one will not return to samsara from now on, is the special necessity. The liberation of the three doors of body, speech, and mind into the three kayas, is the ultimate necessity. Third, the actual preliminaries consist of settling, restoring, and the yoga of the three doors. First, settling, as stated in the Sgron ma 'bar ba: "Having distinguished samsara and nirvana, settle the body and speech." And as stated in the Thal 'gyur: "At this time, the key points of body, speech, and mind, should be settled by those who possess yoga." Therefore, having become weary and exhausted due to the disturbance of the elements of the body by the above preliminaries, the speech becoming hoarse and obstructed, and the mind becoming agitated like tangled threads, here it is like resting on a comfortable bed. That is, the seven key points of the body, or sitting cross-legged, or placing it naturally, whatever is suitable, abandoning the constraints and movements of the key points of the body, and placing it naturally and comfortably, like unraveling a bundle of wool. Speech should be separated from all speech and expression, and placed silently, like the strings of a lute being broken. The mind should abandon all the elaborations of conceptual thoughts of the past, future, and present, and abandon and place it emptily, like a water trough of a water mill being abandoned. Second, restoring, as stated in the Klong gsal: "In order to realize the meaning of primordial purity, after settling, one should also restore." And as stated in the 'Das rjes: "Sravakas, Bodhisattvas, Wrathful Deities, restore with their respective views. Therefore, after all three are restored, one will diligently engage in practice." Therefore, the awareness that was previously clear and without clinging, here one should gradually guide the three types of behavior: peaceful, intermediate, and fierce, and thereby learn to meditate.

For example, if you want to learn the mechanism of a sword, you must first learn the wooden sword, the principle is the same. Among them, first, the view of the Shravakas is: on a comfortable cushion, the body should be in seven postures. The eyes should be focused on the tip of the nose, the pupils should not move, the eyelids should not blink frequently, and the eyes should be kept half-closed, relaxed and focused. The key to speech is to keep the breath steady. The key to the mind is not to recall the past, thinking "I did such a thing," nor to welcome the future, thinking "I will do such a thing," and not to let anything disturb the mind now, such as "What is this, what is not." Cut off all thoughts and focus on observing the moment of awareness. After getting used to it, second, the view of the Bodhisattvas is: the body is as before, and the eyes are focused on the void in front of you. The key to speech is to keep the breath steady. The key to the mind is as before, abandoning the thoughts of the past, present and future, and keeping it natural. After getting used to it, third, the view of the Wrathful Deities is: the body is as before, or standing in a dancing posture, or standing in a Ha posture, with the mind not leaving its position, the eyes glaring upwards at the void, turning left and right, the steps moving in a chaotic manner, the mouth uttering the roaring sounds of the Wrathful Deities such as Haha Hihi Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Phaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪) Phaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), learning not to leave the position, striving to raise awareness, and practicing skills. Self-born and self-manifest, free from elaboration, without the need to accept or reject, Like a wave merging into the ocean. Therefore, the more external appearances there are, the more the wisdom of emptiness will increase, just as the more firewood there is, the stronger the flame will be. By doing so, the Shravakas can stop conceptual thoughts and keep the three doors of body, speech and mind in place. Bodhisattvas can stop coarse conceptual thoughts and make the abiding more stable. Wrathful deities can stop coarse conceptual thoughts and liberate from stability, which is the necessity. Third, the yoga of the three doors, from the body, learn the Vajra posture, from the speech, learn to increase, cultivate, practice, soften or guide, and from the mind, thoroughly observe the three places of origin, dwelling and going. First, learning the key to the body - the Vajra posture, from the Abhisamayalankara: Jin
