Through the power of acting in this way, may all sentient beings, self and others, complete the two accumulations and purify the two obscurations. With this thought in mind, dedicate the merit with "By this virtue may all beings," etc. The food offered in this way is accumulated piece by piece, and in the morning it is offered on the guru's mandala. If you are accumulating a hundred thousand mandalas well, then offer the food back to the guru, or offer it to a sacred object such as a Buddha image, and do not enjoy it yourself. This is the practice. Ninth, the instruction on the guru yoga for quickly receiving blessings: Furthermore, the root of the skill of realization and all the accomplishments of the Vajrayana path depends entirely on the blessings of the holy guru. As it is said in the Gongdü: "The guru is more important than the Buddhas of a thousand kalpas. Why? Because all the Buddhas of a thousand kalpas arise by relying on the gurus." Also, as it is said in the Hevajra: "The co-emergent wisdom that is not spoken by others cannot be found anywhere. It is known through the guru's timely instructions and my own merit." The noble protector Nagarjuna also said: "If one falls from the top of a mountain, even if one thinks not to fall, one will fall. If one receives the instructions of benefit through the guru's kindness, even if one thinks not to be liberated, one will be liberated." The great teacher said: "There is no happiness in the realm of samsara. Strive diligently to attain liberation. The guru is the ultimate refuge. Always pray from the heart." And as it is said in the song of Jetsun Chenpo: "When longing for the guru arises, realization and blessings will certainly arise." Therefore, the guru is the embodiment of the body (Sangha), speech (Dharma), and mind (Buddha-nature) of all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times. Moreover, at this time when we are deprived of the opportunity to see the faces of the Buddhas of the past and to taste the nectar of their speech, the holy guru is the one who performs their deeds. Even if we were to actually see the faces of the Buddhas and noble ones, they would have nothing more to do or show us than the holy guru. And in the beginning, even the Buddha himself did not become a Buddha without relying on a guru. As it is said in the Profound Path: "Even if the sun's rays are very hot,

Without glass, fire will not arise. Likewise, the blessings of the Buddhas will not arise without a Lama. As it is said, one should think that one's own Lama is superior and more kind than all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, and with that in mind, completely focus one's mind on devotion and reverence, relaxing the body and mind. Visualize the place where you are as a pleasant, vast, spacious, and level pure land, and clearly establish the assembly field in the sky in front of you. The root of this is: On the crown of one's head is a wish-fulfilling tree, on the pistil of a lotus, in the center of a soft cushion of sun, moon, and silk, is the embodiment of all the Buddhas of the three times, the root Lama Vajradhara, possessing the ornaments of the enjoyment body, with a blue body color blazing with light, the two hands holding a vajra and bell, the two feet seated in the vajra posture, the secret consort Yeshe Dakini, red in color, holding a curved knife and skull cup, youthful and embracing the body. On the crown of that one are three lotuses, in the center is Padmasambhava, to the right is Vimalamitra, and to the left is Vairochana. Above that are three layers of lotuses, the lower one is Shri Singha, Jampal Shenyen Garab Dorje, and Vajrasattva Kunsang, seated in ascending order from below, BHEM (Tibetan: བྷེཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भें, Sanskrit Romanization: bheṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om). Surrounding them are all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Lamas, Yidams, and Dakinis, visualized as dense as a cloud. As it is said, when this was requested for clarification from the chief of refuge, Lama Dakini, Geshe Drubpa Mo said that the assembly field with the wish-fulfilling tree growing on her own head was facing outwards. However, the great treasure revealer Lama said that in the sky in front of the crown of one's head, the assembly field should be visualized facing oneself with a joyful and loving demeanor, and that this was the instruction heard from the Lama. The wish-fulfilling tree has one trunk, and at the top, five branches divided into the center and four directions, and it is visualized as being completely filled with abundant leaves, flowers, fruits, and so on. In the center of this clear visualization, on a high and vast precious throne supported by eight great lions, is a multicolored lotus with eight petals, complete with filaments and pollen, and above that is a red and clear sun disc and a white and clear moon disc. Above that, a soft silk cushion and so on are clearly visualized, and then that
