What is said therein is intended to be the main aspect. Moreover, the gateway to the Mahayana is the mind of enlightenment, and if it arises in one's being, one becomes a true Mahayana practitioner. Therefore, in order to eliminate the unfavorable aspects and accomplish the favorable aspects, it is very important to first reverse the attachment to this life. By remembering death, which does not last long, and contemplating the faults of being born in the lower realms after death, one should abandon the mind that craves the perfections of existence, and because one knows the faults of all samsara, one should turn one's mind towards liberation. After that, one must also abandon the mind that seeks peace and happiness for oneself, and gradually train in cultivating loving-kindness, compassion, and the mind of enlightenment, because this is the common path of the Mahayana. Moreover, due to the different practices and methods of guidance of each lama, some start with meditating on impermanence and summarize it into three aspects as directly taught in the scriptures, while others start with the difficulty of finding leisure and opportunity, etc. Although there are differences, the key point of the meaning is the same. That is to say, impermanence is the basis of practice, and by meditating on impermanence, one knows the faults of samsara, and by knowing the faults of samsara, one becomes skilled in accepting and rejecting cause and effect. From these causes, refuge and correct bodhicitta will arise. Therefore, for beginners, if guided in this way, the order of the path will be very clear, and it will be in accordance with the general Mahayana guidance and will not deviate from the fundamental intention, so it will also be good. If you do this, you should obtain consistent content from other guides, or learn from the separately arranged general preliminary teachings. Second, there are six aspects to the method of meditating on the specific stages of visualization. The first is the preliminary practice of the session: In a secluded place, straighten the body on a comfortable cushion and relax the mind. The key point of speech is to exhale impure air three times, visualizing the purification of all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations. The key point of mind is, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I will practice the profound path, thinking in this way, visualize the lama above the crown of the head, with immeasurable devotion, pray to the kind root lama, the embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times: Please bless my being. In this way, pray wholeheartedly for the desired meaning. This is for all sessions.

To do at the beginning. Even if the government's accounts are not collected, it is the practice of the lamas. Secondly, the method of meditating on impermanence is as follows: From beginningless time until now, we have experienced unimaginable suffering in general samsara and especially in the three lower realms. However, it is still difficult to fully understand the end of suffering. Therefore, now that we have obtained the human body with eighteen qualities of leisure and endowment, which is extremely rare and meaningful, we must achieve the ultimate goal. Do not postpone it because of laziness, thinking of doing it tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Even if we obtain a human body, it will quickly perish because of impermanence. There is no doubt that we will die, which is obvious. There is no fixed time for death, and death will come suddenly. There are many causes of death, and no one can escape death from disease and evil spirits. The only thing that benefits death is the sacred Dharma, and nothing else. Therefore, no matter what we build, the houses, the accumulated wealth, the friendly relatives and friends, etc., cannot be taken away, and we must leave with only our karma. Therefore, just as the external seasons change, spring, summer, autumn, and winter, years, months, days, and nights, and even food, moments, and instants are constantly changing, so too are we getting closer to death and are certain to die. The changes of inner beings are also like this. Seeing and hearing the death of countless enemies, friends, and neutral people, we are also certain that we do not have a fixed time of death. The secret is that from the time we were born until now, the changes in our body, our thoughts, our actions, and all our behaviors are constantly changing from moment to moment. We must remember all these changes. As it says in the Extensive Play Sutra: The three realms are impermanent like autumn clouds. This body that we cling to will eventually perish and separate. The four seasons are impermanent and meaningless. They are aging, decaying, and subject to death. There is no moment, instant, or instant of staying. The life of beings flows away like water flowing down a mountain cliff. Thinking about these reasons, we do not know which will come first, tomorrow's affairs or the next life. Therefore, now that we have autonomy, we must not delay and must strive to practice the Dharma. As Nagarjuna said: If a fire suddenly breaks out on your head or clothes, in order to stop it
