Sa. From the completely pure sky of knowing within the exemplar, the nature of reality, which is the clear and empty sky of the secret, radiant essence, beyond all boundaries and centers, arises in an instant. That is, when stretching, separately practice calm and insight; when sinking, relax; when agitated, subdue. Mixing with all behaviors is the key to practice, enhancement, and manifestation, as said by the great omniscient Dharma Lord. The second meaning is directly showing the spontaneously accomplished wisdom, Tögal has three: the preliminary practice of abandoning the actions of the three doors, the main practice of relying on the uncontaminated wisdom on the continuum, and the subsequent showing of the arising of experiential appearances. First, abandoning the actions of the three doors: In "Clarity of Space," it says: "In order to directly subdue the key points, the outer, inner, and secret actions, of body, speech, and mind, abandon the ninefold." As it is said. First, the three of the body: outwardly abandon all the actions and distractions of worldly delusion, inwardly abandon inferior virtues such as prostrations and circumambulations, secretly abandon all distracting movements, and abide alone. Second, the three of speech: outwardly abandon all kinds of deluded speech of the world, inwardly abandon recitations and repetitions, etc., secretly abandon all speech and remain silent. Third, the three of mind: outwardly abandon all deluded thoughts of the world, inwardly abandon all kinds of fixations on the generation and completion stages, secretly abandon all distractions of discursive thoughts, and abide in a state of non-thought. Thus, the three doors are established, stabilized, and liberated. As it says in "After Death": "Having obtained the certainty of abiding, stable, and liberated, abandon all outer and inner actions." As it is said. Second, the main practice of relying on the uncontaminated wisdom on the continuum has three: grasping the key points of the three doors, directly subduing oneself with the four key points, and explaining the meaning of subduing. First, grasping the key points of the three doors: In "Clarity of Space," it says: "The direct key point is body, speech, and mind, carefully adjust each key point." As it is said. First, the three of the body: As mentioned earlier: "Moreover, the body is the three kayas, one should not constantly transcend." As it is said. Furthermore, in "Pearl Garland," it says: "Abide in the posture of a lion, the posture of an elephant, and the posture of a sage." Therefore, the sitting posture of the Dharmakaya is like a lion

The posture is: squatting, soles of the feet facing each other, knees turned outwards. Place the palms on the ground and straighten the upper body. Slightly raise the neck. The eyes gaze motionlessly at the sky above the eyebrows. The Sambhogakaya's sitting posture is like an elephant: lying face down, knees and chest touching the ground, elbows propped on the ground. The palms support the throat, fingers touching the cheeks. The spine is straightened, and the eyes squint at the sky directly in front. The Nirmanakaya's sitting posture is like a sage: squatting with ankles together. The hands are placed on the waist or knees. The spine is straightened, and the eyes look slightly down, gazing at the void with half-closed eyes. By doing this, temporarily the first posture causes the elements to return to their place. The second posture controls the moving winds. The third posture generates heat and balances the elements. Ultimately, one is liberated into the three kayas and enters nirvana. It is said in the scriptures: The Dharmakaya's sitting posture is like a lion, free from all the fears of delusion, and can be seen with the vajra eye. The Sambhogakaya's complete sitting posture is, relying on the sleeping posture of an elephant, enjoying the meaning of dharmata, and can be seen with the lotus eye. The Nirmanakaya's sitting posture is, relying on the squatting posture of a sage, the appearance of dharmata naturally manifests, and can be seen with the dharma eye. Therefore, although the wisdom of awareness resides in the body, it cannot appear to the senses unless it is constrained by the key points of the body, just as a snake has limbs but does not appear unless it is bent. Second, the three of speech are. It is said in the scriptures: Speech is the order of learning, abiding steadily and continuously. Therefore, the first is the order of learning: stop deluded speech and learn to be silent for a short or long time. The second is abiding: do not speak anything other than recitation and repetition. The third is steady and continuous: do not speak anything other than gestures. By doing this, temporarily deluded speech is stopped and afflictions do not increase. Ultimately, one touches the unspeakable meaning, and the Buddha's speech enters nirvana in the vajra space. Third, the three of mind are. It is said in the scriptures: Mind is
