Stretch both legs outwards, raise your two knees, place both hands in vajra fists on your thighs, hold vase breathing, keep your body straight, stop talking, keep your mind from wandering anywhere, look at the space between your eyebrows, or focus on the tip of your nose and remain calm. Then observe and analyze this mind, where did it come from in the beginning? Where is it now? What is the shape and color of its existence? After looking deeply, recognize that there is no place of origin as the Dharmakaya, no place of dwelling as the Sambhogakaya, and no place of going as the Nirmanakaya. Appearance and existence, samsara and nirvana, subject and object, appearance and emptiness are non-dual, and liberation occurs in the unchanging nature. After having such firm conviction, let go of all activities of body, speech, and mind. In a place free from obstacles, on a comfortable cushion, the lion posture is with the body like a dog, toes on the ground, hands in vajra fists placed next to the big toes, chest raised, neck slightly raised, and eyes focused on the space between the eyebrows. Or like an elephant sleeping, face down, knees and chest on the ground, toes stretched outwards, elbows on the ground, hands raised, neck raised upwards, and eyes wide open, looking at the corner of the eyebrows. The posture of a sage is with the body squatting, both ankles together, soles of the feet on the ground, both knees close to the chest, spine straight, neck slightly raised, and eyes looking half-open and half-closed. Or as above, stretch both legs outwards, place them on a high cushion, place both hands in vajra fists on the thighs, stretch both hands straight, and look at the space between the eyebrows. The nature of the three kayas, awareness, appears as its own form in the emptiness of space. This is also learning the three supports. The support of the Dharmakaya, from a distance of one cubit below the sun, look down at the rays, seeing the five colors of the dharmadhatu, or white and variegated colors. Then, in the elephant posture, guide the viewing from the side, and the five colors become clear. Then, in the posture of a sage, look downwards, half-open and half-closed, and all appearances appear in the dharmadhatu. At that time, put the bindu into the center of the dharmadhatu, and then gaze.
